Milestones to celebrate your shop • Your first live listing, first sale online, first sale in person, and every 10, 50 and 100 items listed or sold earn a badge, with a spotlight, a spin and a soft chime. • Home shows your next milestone and how close you are. Settings › Milestones shows every badge; tap one to watch it again. A weekly listing goal, only if you want one • Pick 5, 10, 20 or 40 items a week in Milestones. It's off unless you turn it on, and one missed week now and then won't break your streak. Your year on VendorSnap • A card of your year to share: items listed, items sold, marketplaces and your best month. Counts only, never your sales amounts. Your milestones are yours • Only you see them. Turn them off any time in Settings › App Preferences.

Connect Depop on iPhone on the first try • VendorSnap now asks Depop for its iPhone sign-in link, so the link you copy from Depop's email works when you paste it. • Connecting Depop no longer tries to open the Depop app. Poshmark listings finish on their own more often • When Poshmark takes a moment after List This Item, VendorSnap finds the listing in your closet and saves it for you. • When Poshmark needs a size, pick it in the app from Poshmark's own sizes, and your pick goes straight in.

A cleaner Worth Buying screen • Price Check in Sourcing leads with the answer: the most to pay, then Buy it, Maybe or Pass with your profit, in big numbers you can read in the aisle. • One bar shows where the sale goes (fees, the store's price, your profit), above eBay's lowest, median and highest asking prices. • Type the store's price right under the item and the same screen fills in. • Add Item matches it: your price right under the item, eBay's range over the slider, and Add to Inventory always on screen. No returns on eBay, your call • Pick No returns or returns accepted for each eBay listing, right in the eBay details on List Online. eBay asks for the size before you list • When an eBay category needs a size or who it's for, VendorSnap asks on List Online first, in eBay's own sizes, so eBay doesn't turn it down after you tap Publish. Imported listings, ready to cross-list • Items you brought in from eBay or Facebook Marketplace now show in Ready to list under Sell Online, one tap from your other marketplaces.

Phones list under Mobile Phones on Facebook • List a phone on Facebook Marketplace and it goes under Mobile Phones, with its brand and model filled in for you. Made for iPhone Duo • On the outer screen, your tabs sit in the side bar under the time, right where your thumb is, with Back in the same bar. • Lists, photos, the camera and every sheet fit beside it, nothing hidden under the side bar. Sign in with Apple and Google, always in view • On smaller screens, like iPhone SE and the outer screen of iPhone Duo, Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google now sit right on the sign-in screen, with no scrolling to find them. Faster finishes on Depop, clearer words on Poshmark and Facebook • A Depop listing that takes a moment now finishes in about 30 seconds, and VendorSnap tells you Depop is finishing, so it never goes up twice. • When Poshmark won't let your closet list, or Facebook isn't showing your listings to import, VendorSnap says so plainly. Sold items come down everywhere, and smoother sign-up • A sold item now comes off Facebook Marketplace even when you have many listings there. • Promo codes on iPhone turn Pro on by themselves, and eBay asks for the package weight first when your own eBay shipping charges by weight.

List in your Facebook groups too • Pick the Facebook groups you sell in under Facebook details, and VendorSnap posts your listing there as well as on Marketplace. • Tap "Save as my default" and every Facebook listing goes to the same groups with no extra taps. • Your groups show up after your next Facebook listing. Your listing always goes on Marketplace, even when a group says no. Sold items come down everywhere at once • When an item sells, VendorSnap takes it off Facebook Marketplace, Depop and Poshmark at the same time, and a note at the top asks you to keep VendorSnap open for the moment it takes. • Anything that still needs you lives in Sell > Online > Needs a look, which now explains what goes there. A marketplace question never gets missed • While your item lists, VendorSnap tells you a marketplace may ask you a quick question, and your phone gives a gentle buzz the moment one does. Every listing stays connected • A brand-new item now finishes saving before it goes to Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop or Poshmark, so each listing stays linked to your item and comes down when it sells. Imports finish on a shaky connection • If your connection drops in the middle of an import from eBay or Facebook Marketplace, VendorSnap checks again on its own, so everything that came in is counted. Anything it can't confirm, it asks you to check in your Inventory. Depop package sizes go through • When Depop asks which package size fits and you pick one, VendorSnap now sets it every time, even when it isn't Depop's own pick.

Facebook Marketplace keeps your listing as you wrote it • Facebook's own AI can rewrite a listing from your photos. VendorSnap now checks your title, description, price and condition right before it moves on, and puts back anything Facebook changed. • VendorSnap also turns off Facebook's AI drafting for your listing before your photos go on, so there is less to put back. Listings finish on their own more often • When a Facebook, Depop, Poshmark or Vinted form gets stuck, VendorSnap's listing help now knows your item and fixes the step in one go, instead of handing you the page. • Facebook's own category suggestions are used when they match your item. • Instead of opening a marketplace's page when a step needs you, VendorSnap asks you in the app, names the marketplace, and shows its own options. One tap and the listing carries on, and VendorSnap remembers your pick for next time. • When there is nothing to pick, VendorSnap still asks first: finish on the marketplace's page, or skip it for this item. Pages open by themselves only for sign-ins and security checks. Depop keeps your description • If Depop clears your description, VendorSnap fills it back in before it posts, so you never type it twice. • Items without a description go to Depop and Poshmark with their brand, size, colors and condition. What you frame is your photo • The camera now shows your photo's exact edges while you take it, so your borders land where you put them.

Stay on track while you list • A clear banner shows while your listing posts, and if you switch apps, VendorSnap reminds you to come back so nothing stalls. Your photos make it to Depop • Depop listings now wait for every photo to finish uploading before they post, even when several marketplaces list at once. • If you step away and the photos don't make it, VendorSnap adds them again for you. Poshmark listings are never lost • VendorSnap waits for your photos before it moves on to Poshmark's next step, and picks One Size for one-size items. • If you close Poshmark's page after it started listing, VendorSnap checks your closet and saves the listing when it's there, so it still comes down when the item sells. Facebook Marketplace keeps your price • VendorSnap now checks your price right before it moves on, and puts it back if Facebook changed it. Bags list on Vinted • Handbags and other one-size items no longer stop at a size Vinted doesn't ask for. Fixes • New to selling on eBay? VendorSnap now tells you the one quick step eBay needs first, instead of asking for your ZIP code again. • Saving your ship-from ZIP code for eBay works every time. • When eBay needs a moment to save a new item, VendorSnap tries again for you instead of stopping. • Etsy shops without a processing profile get clear steps to add one. • Snappy can now help when a marketplace shows a different price.

Bring your Facebook Marketplace listings into VendorSnap • Import from Facebook brings in the listings you already have on Facebook Marketplace, with their photos, price and details, and links any that match items you already made, so nothing comes in twice. • When two of your items share a title, each choice shows its photo, price and the day you added it, so you link the right one. • They stay live on Facebook, and when one sells anywhere VendorSnap marks the Facebook listing sold. Sold items come down the first time • When you relist an item and Facebook shows two listings with the same title, VendorSnap now takes down only the one that sold, every time. • Taking a listing down no longer says it couldn't reach Facebook when it actually worked. Needs a look says what it means • A clear line under Sell Online says when an item you sold is still listed somewhere else, and one tap shows it. Big items list on eBay without surprises • A box too large for regular shipping now starts on a flat shipping price you can change, and VendorSnap explains why before you publish. • When eBay turns down a listing, you see eBay's reason in plain words, and your draft stays saved. Fixes • Price Check no longer fills in a brand like "Unbranded" or "Unknown" as if it were a real brand. • If Poshmark has restricted your account, VendorSnap tells you before it tries to list. • Depop and Poshmark listings finish on their own more often instead of asking you to step in. • eBay listings that were turned down over the ship-from ZIP code now ask for the right fix.

Bring your eBay listings into VendorSnap • Import from eBay brings in the listings you already have on eBay, photos and all, and links any that match items you already made, so nothing comes in twice. • They stay live on eBay, and when one sells anywhere VendorSnap takes the eBay listing down. Never sell an item twice • When something you sold is still listed on another marketplace, VendorSnap alerts you right away. This alert stays on, and you choose every other notification in Settings. • Mark an item sold while notifications are off and VendorSnap explains why this alert matters and lets you turn it on in one tap. Vinted: you delete, VendorSnap reminds you • To keep your Vinted account in good standing, VendorSnap no longer deletes Vinted listings for you. Tap Delete on Vinted and the listing opens in the Vinted app. Delete it there, come back, and VendorSnap checks that it's gone. • Home's "Sold, but still listed" card names any Vinted listing that is still up. Poshmark and Depop get the size right • The size in your title goes on Poshmark and Depop. When an item has no size, VendorSnap asks before it lists, so the listing doesn't stop halfway. • A fix that got one seller's listing past a stuck step now helps everyone's listings finish on their own. Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy • We updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including how Import from eBay uses your eBay listings. The app asks you to review them and agree once, then you are right back to selling. Fixes • Step away from VendorSnap while it lists and your other marketplaces carry on when you come back, instead of asking you to finish them. • Your plan no longer says your trial is ending after you have already paid for it. • Connecting Depop on iPhone: the sign-in link Depop emails you now opens and connects.

Grid view for selling in person and online • In Person and Sell Online now have the same grid view as Inventory. Tap the grid icon beside the search at the register, or beside the filters in Sell Online, to see your items as photos, and tap the list icon to go back. • At the register, tap a photo to add it to the sale. In Person and Online each remember how you like them. A cleaner Sell Online • Ready to list, Live listings and Needs a look: one tap shows what to list, what is live, and anything that needs you, like a sold item still listed somewhere. • Your marketplaces sit in one row that says how many are connected. Tap it to see them. Nothing to reconnect. See what is listed on each marketplace • In Sell Online, a new marketplace filter under Live listings shows what is live on eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop or Poshmark. Pick one or several. Sold anywhere, taken down everywhere • Mark an item sold and VendorSnap keeps at it until its other listings come down. If Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop or Poshmark doesn't take it the first time, VendorSnap tries again on its own. • Home now shows "Sold, but still listed" for anything still up after a sale, and you get a reminder if a sold item is still listed, so nobody buys it twice. Vinted and Poshmark listings come down even without their link • A Vinted or Poshmark listing VendorSnap couldn't link to is now found by its exact title in your wardrobe or closet and taken down after a sale. Fixes • eBay: if your eBay account isn't set up to sell yet, VendorSnap now shows the one-tap setup right where you list and on your drafts, and asks for your ship-from ZIP first. • Facebook Marketplace: "Promote listing after publish" stays off unless you ask for it. • Facebook Marketplace: clothes, toys and sports gear go in the category you filed them under, and the condition is set more reliably. • Facebook Marketplace: home goods, garden items and tools now go in their category on their own. • Depop: a brand Depop doesn't list goes in as its closest name on Depop, or Other, and VendorSnap tells you which. • eBay: when a category only takes new items, VendorSnap says so in plain words and names the category. • Every listing you have on Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop and Poshmark is now checked in turn to see if it's still live, not just the first few. • Vinted: connecting now explains Vinted's extra checks on listing apps and what to do if one comes up.

Fixes • Facebook Marketplace: "Promote listing after publish" stays off unless you ask for it.

Facebook Marketplace listings land in the right category • Clothing now goes under Women's, Men's or Baby & Kids on Facebook Marketplace, from your Clothing details or the item's title. • Home goods go under Household instead of a catch-all category. Sizes from your title fill in for you • No Clothing details on an item? A size in its title, like "Sz Large Tall" or "Sz SP", now fills in the size on Poshmark, Depop and Vinted. Connecting Depop on iPhone, shown step by step • A short animation on the Depop connect screen shows exactly what to do: press and hold the login button, tap Hide Preview, send a new link, then Copy Link and paste it. • The screen now shows when your newest Depop email arrived, so you always copy the right link. Fixes • On Facebook Marketplace, VendorSnap now waits for Facebook to finish the last step and publishes for you, instead of handing you the page. • Removing a listing from Facebook Marketplace, or marking it sold there, happens on its own again. • If you finish a Facebook Marketplace listing yourself, tapping Publish now counts it as listed, instead of asking you to list it again. • On Facebook Marketplace, VendorSnap no longer reuses one item's category for the next item. • If you paste a Depop link that Depop already turned down, VendorSnap tells you right away and what to do, instead of trying it again. • Sunglasses now list under the right category on Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Depop and Vinted. • Poshmark: sunglasses and other one-size items list on their own, with Poshmark's One Size. • Poshmark: a listing you finish yourself is now tracked, so it comes down when the item sells elsewhere. • Suggested categories on Poshmark, Depop and Vinted no longer go by a brand's name, like the Jeans in Versace Jeans Couture. • eBay: VendorSnap keeps track of your eBay listings more reliably, so a sale anywhere takes them down. • Update on an item whose eBay or Etsy listing is still a draft now says it isn't live yet, and how to list it.

Fixes • If you paste a Depop link that Depop already turned down, VendorSnap tells you right away and what to do, instead of trying it again.

Invite 3 friends, get a free year of Pro • Each friend who starts Pro earns you a free month, and your 3rd friend makes it a full free year. • Three dots on the Invite card in Settings fill in as your friends start Pro, so you always know how close you are. See your whole shop at a glance • Tap the grid icon beside the search in Inventory to see your items as photos, three across, with the price under each. • Tap the list icon to go back to the list anytime. VendorSnap remembers the one you like. Vinted sign-in, handled for you • If Vinted signs you out while VendorSnap is listing, you see Vinted's own sign-in right away, and your listing picks back up once you're in. • VendorSnap waits while Vinted refreshes your sign-in instead of starting over, so the page no longer spins. Fixes • Connecting Depop: if Depop needs one more step after you paste your login link, its page now opens so you can finish there, instead of "Depop didn't answer". • Vinted: "I uploaded it on Vinted" now checks your Vinted listings first, and tells you plainly if your item isn't there yet. • eBay: when eBay turns a listing down for a moment on its side, VendorSnap tries again for you. • Depop: when Depop is still uploading your photos, VendorSnap keeps tapping Post for you instead of handing you the form. • eBay: publishing a saved eBay draft keeps its auction, Best Offer and condition. • Changing a price while your newest photos are still uploading now goes straight through, and a change that is still saving says so instead of "you may be offline". • If eBay needs you to sign in again, the app tells you to reconnect eBay instead of "try again". • Plain words when eBay needs a package weight, or who a clothing item is for. • If Facebook opens a different page instead of the listing form, the app says plainly that your item isn't on Facebook yet. • Your eBay listings' sold and ended updates now come through on time for every shop. • If a Depop login link doesn't work, Snappy is right under the message to help, and can send us what happened.

Invite 3 friends, get a free year of Pro • Each friend who starts Pro earns you a free month, and your 3rd friend makes it a full free year. • Three dots on the Invite card in Settings fill in as your friends start Pro, so you always know how close you are. Watch every marketplace connect • Connect eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace or Vinted and see it link up with a quick celebration, the way Poshmark and Depop already do. • If eBay or Etsy still needs one thing before you can list, it tells you right there. Snappy helps you connect, and is easy to find • Stuck connecting a marketplace? Tap Get help on the Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop or Poshmark connect screen, or on the message when any connect doesn't go through. Snappy knows each marketplace's sign-in, step by step. • If a marketplace's page opens while you list, Get help is at the top of it. • Snappy now has its own row in Settings: Ask Snappy for app help. Clear your categories in one tap • Picked a category on Inventory or Sell Online? Tap the × on the category pill to see everything again. Know why Vinted asks you to tap Upload • VendorSnap fills in your whole Vinted listing and leaves the last tap to you. The page now says why: Vinted is strict about apps that post for you, and your own tap keeps your account in good standing. Your details stay yours • Sign-in links, email addresses, card numbers and most phone numbers you type to Snappy are taken out before anyone sees them. Fixes • If eBay needs the ZIP code your items ship from, the app asks for it right where you list instead of sending you to eBay. • If Price Check is down on our end, it says so and never blames your photo. • On Android, pressing back while Poshmark or Depop finishes connecting no longer undoes the connection. • Troubleshooting's Facebook steps now match the app.

Enter clothing details once, every marketplace gets them • Tap Department, Type, Size, Color or Material and pick from one short list at a time. Vinted, Depop, Poshmark, eBay and Facebook Marketplace each get your picks in their own words, ready to list. • Each marketplace's own details stay on its listing sheet, filled in from the item and marked "From item details." Change one for a single listing, or put it back with one tap. The right category, picked for you • A clothing item with its department and type goes straight to the matching category on Vinted, Depop and Poshmark. Sizes each marketplace understands • A 32 waist lists as W32 on Vinted and Waist 32 on Poshmark, and petite, plus and big and tall sizes keep their fit. • Poshmark shows its own sizes for each category, and eBay gets the size, size type and department in its own terms. Tags still on? Say it once • Mark a new piece "Tags still on" and it lists as New with tags on Vinted and NWT on Poshmark. • Add what it cost new and Poshmark shows it crossed out beside your price. Package size from the weight you enter • Weigh the item once and Depop and Vinted pick the package size that fits, so there's no box to choose on every listing. • Your item's brand fills in on Vinted, Depop and Poshmark too. A quieter screen while you work • The syncing banner no longer flashes while your changes save. It shows only when you're offline or a change needs a tap. Fixes • eBay clothing listings send sizes the way eBay asks for them (S, M, L, 2XL), so they publish instead of being turned down. • Deleting your account now tells you when an App Store or Google Play subscription or trial will still renew, so you can cancel it in the store. • Both colors now reach Vinted and Depop. • A size that isn't on Vinted's list is no longer swapped for the wrong one. • A saved Vinted default no longer carries colors over to other items.

Sell on Poshmark (beta) • List an item on Poshmark from the app, with Poshmark's own categories, sizes, colors and style tags, plus brand, original price and Smart Sell. • Connect once with your own Poshmark sign-in. VendorSnap never sees your password. Sold? It comes down everywhere on its own • Mark it sold, or ring it up in person, and VendorSnap takes it off Vinted, Depop and Poshmark by itself while the app is open, the way it already does for eBay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace. • If a marketplace needs you, the item says so and Take Down is one tap away. Faster photos • Your photos load fast across the app and still go to every marketplace at full listing quality. • Saving an item with several photos is quicker. A getting started list that fits how you sell • Sell online and in person? Your first steps now ask for your first listing, the same as online-only sellers. Ring up a sale stays for sellers who sell only in person. Fixes • Large photos from newer iPhones no longer fail to upload. • Listing on Vinted, Depop and Facebook Marketplace hands the form to you less often. • Every sale shows under Sold in Inventory, including the ones you archived.

Your checks, by the month • Price Checks, Shelf Checks and Stage with AI now come as one monthly total that refreshes on the 1st, so a big sourcing day can use more of them. • The camera counts down what's left this month. Room for 5,000 listings • Pro and Business now hold up to 5,000 active listings across your shops. Sell online only? Hide the register • If you only sell online, the Sell tab now shows Online on its own. • Sell in person too? Turn on Sell in person any time in Settings, under Selling & Tax. Whole shelf, made clear • The camera's switch now reads One item or Whole shelf, and Whole shelf says what it does: one photo marks up to 12 finds, each with a rough value. • A one-time tip shows it in action the first time you open the camera. Fixes • Shops with thousands of items now load reliably on Android. • If you only sell online, you no longer get reminders to ring up a sale. • The VendorSnap Pro row in Settings now shows the right number of shops.

Invite a friend, get a free month • In Settings, tap Invite friends and send your link. Your friend gets 7 days of Pro free, and when they start it, you get a free month, up to 12 a year. • See who joined and the months you've earned on the Invite Friends screen. We'll let you know each time you earn one. Tips at the right moment • A one-time tip shows you a tool the moment it helps: switching marketplaces on or off right after you connect one, and Stage with AI when you add a second photo. A quicker Guided Tour • Settings, Guided Tour now moves to each step right away, and the highlight glides to it. • It's 10 steps now, and it ends on your invite link. Fixes • On the camera, the dimmed area around the frame now reaches every corner of the screen, foldables opened up included. • The Guided Tour and the Pro page now name every marketplace you can list on: eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted and Depop.

List on Depop, right from VendorSnap Connect your Depop account in a minute • In Settings, Sell Online, tap Depop and enter your Depop email. Copy the sign-in link Depop emails you and paste it in. You stay in your own Depop account on your phone, and VendorSnap never sees a password. Depop's own choices, ready on the item • On an item's Sell Online card, pick Depop. The category comes picked for you, and you choose the condition, size, colours, style, occasion, material and package size in Depop's own words. • VendorSnap fills in Depop's listing form on your phone with your photos and posts it. Anything it can't set, it shows you on Depop's page to finish. Take it off Depop in one tap • Remove takes your listing off Depop. • Mark as Sold now has Depop: record the sale and your other listings come down, like any sale. Use only the marketplaces you want • In Settings, Sell Online, switch off any marketplace you don't use. It leaves List Online, Home and your listings, and anything already up there stays up. • A new Seller's toolkit there shows what sells best where, with quick answers. Let Facebook buyers make offers • For an item that ships, choose Allow offers in the item's Facebook details and set the lowest offer you'll take. Snap is front and center • The camera in the middle of the tab bar is now Snap: one photo to Price Check and add an item, or switch to Sourcing at the shelf. • Fresh icons for Inventory and Sell, and a warmer tab bar. Fixes • On Android, disconnecting Facebook Marketplace or Vinted now fully signs you out of it on your phone. • The bottom tabs answer the first tap, anywhere on the tab.

More control over your Facebook Marketplace listings Set how it ships or gets picked up • In the item's Facebook details, choose Local pickup only, Shipping only, or Shipping & local pickup, and set the listing's ZIP or city. • Use a prepaid label from Facebook with your package weight, or your own label and rate. Turn on free shipping if you want to cover it. Meetup spots and boosting, your call • Set your meetup preferences: public meetup, door pickup or door dropoff. • Choose Boost after listing and Facebook's boost step opens once your listing is live. You set the budget and pay Facebook directly. VendorSnap never pays for you. A changed listing form no longer stops you (Pro) • When Facebook or Vinted changes its listing form and a step gets stuck, VendorSnap now works through that step with AI instead of handing you the page. • A fix that works is remembered on your phone for next time. It never taps anything that pays, boosts, deletes or messages. Sign in faster • Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google now sit side by side, both on the first screen. • Forgot password? now sits right next to your password. Fixes • The Price Check count of checks left now refreshes when a new day starts and when you come back to the app.

Thrift Run, a little game inside the app • Walk a pixel thrift store with $50 to spend, snap finds for a Price Check, and buy or pass. The prices are pretend, but BUY, MAYBE and PASS use the same math as Sourcing in the camera. • Pay at the counter to see what your haul would earn. Tap Play on the sign-in screen, or find the orange line at the bottom of Settings that asks you not to tap it.

A new welcome when you sign in • Signing in or creating an account now opens on a short story of what VendorSnap does: a paper price tag, one snap, and a pair of sneakers listed on eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace and Vinted, with a QR tag for selling in person. Swing the tag, tap it to flip it over, or tap a marketplace to send it a spark. • A cleaner sign-in: labeled fields, an eye to show your password, and Create Free Account right at the top. Just looking? Explore the demo from the bottom of the screen.

Check a whole shelf at once • In Sourcing or Add Item, pick Whole shelf and take one photo. Shelf Check lists the finds it spots, each with a rough value from the photo, so you know what to look at first. • Tap a find for its full Price Check with eBay asking prices. In Sourcing you get BUY, MAYBE or PASS and the profit math; in Add Item you add it to your inventory in one tap. List on Vinted too (beta) • Connect your Vinted account and list there alongside eBay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace. VendorSnap fills in Vinted's form for you. • Pick Vinted's own category, the sizes it lists for it and up to two colours right on the listing sheet, so every choice is one Vinted takes. Close the listing screen any time • Changed your mind while your item is listing? Tap the X at the top. Anything not sent yet stops right there. • A marketplace that already has it finishes, and you can take that listing down from the item. Fixes • Price Check leaves out the parts and accessories eBay mixes into a search, so an item is never priced from its parts. • When eBay has no listings to compare, Price Check says so instead of showing a made-up price, and it doesn't count against your day. • A busy Price Check now says to try again in a minute instead of saying you ran out. • Home shows the finds waiting on your Sourcing list as soon as the app opens. • Finds you save always keep their photo. • Signing out clears your Sourcing list from the phone.
