SHOW THEM YOUR TIPS Tap share on any comp and Puntr draws your round as an image you can post anywhere. Two styles to choose from: Picks, just the teams you backed, or Match Up, both sides with your pick lit up. Back the draw and it says so. THE NBA IS HERE 30 teams and 1,200 games, from opening night on 20 October through to April. Survivor: pick one team a week and stay alive, and with more teams than weeks you never have to use the same one twice. Overall: an NBA week holds around fifty games, so Puntr picks up to fourteen that matter - the national TV games, the Cup nights, the rivalries - and everyone tips the same slate. Join with code NBA or NBATIPS. TEAM OF THE WEEK A new way to run an Overall comp in the multi-game sports: back three teams for the week and score a point for every game they win. FASTER The app opens in about half the time. Screens load as you reach them, comp pages fetch everything at once, and the home screen makes one trip to the server instead of forty. FOR GAME MASTERS You can now un-mute a member you have muted. And on a curated comp, if you have swapped games in and out of the week's slate, one tap hands it back to Puntr's pick. Plus the usual fixes, including push permission no longer being asked for twice in a row.

NEW - Finals bracket in Puntr Plannr for NRL, AFL and NFL comps. See both sides of the draw and plan your run, or take it week by week on a phone. - Your Puntr Rating now leads your profile and your Stats: where it has moved, your best, and where you sit among your comp mates. - The Stats overview is now free for every member. - The Trophy Cabinet has a Game Master shelf for running a comp well, badges for each league you tip, and new artwork throughout. - Rating titles are now Rookie, Regular, Pundit, Sharpshooter and Master. - Sharing an invite now sends the real invite card, envelope and all. - New marks for rugby, Aussie Rules, cricket and international football, and every league badge now carries its own colours. - Screens and sheets now slide instead of appearing. - The Discord banner is replaced by the Next Best Action strip - a gold band that picks one of eight rungs (an owed tip, no comps, a live daily streak, a duel needing tips, a challenge waiting, no follows, then Discord as fallback) instead of showing everyone the same hardcoded thing. - A Friends row, so you can duel a mate from the screen everyone opens. - The four-state gold dock becomes one permanent Play launcher. FIXED - The home screen could be dragged sideways off the page. It cannot now. - Six leagues showed a blank disc instead of a badge on your Stats. - College Football was missing ten teams the fixture list had. - A proper Puntr splash screen on launch, instead of the stock one. NEW SCREENS - /rivals - every rivalry you hold across every comp, third in the Connect group of both navs. - Divisions profile card on both your own and other people's profiles, leading with qualification progress. - Trophy Cabinet locked tiles get a progress bar, and the five daily badges stop printing a bare "3 of 20". FIXEES - Three separate Duels dead ends - the home tile, the hub's own row, and the Friends row all sent a player who owed tips to a read-only screen with no way to tip. One of those printed "Duel not found" outright. - The comp home's two "Pick TEAM" buttons read as the whole choice in a ten-game round; now one named button with the count on it. - A signed-out invite link showed a raw Postgres error (10 users in 5 days, all from Instagram's in-app browser). - The date-of-birth screen had a dead button - The pick round opens on the whole slate rather than one day.

FIXED - Tapping share on a tip card, ladder, trophy or season recap now opens the share sheet properly. It had been doing nothing at all. - Finals rounds stay locked until the full bracket is loaded, so nobody is caught out by a half published draw. - Pre-season fixtures no longer turn up in your matchweek list. NEW - Champions League comps, last man standing or overall tipping. - The Daily Tip offers the draw in football, where a draw is a real result. - Your play streak now counts turning up, so a wrong tip no longer resets it. Your correct run is tracked separately. - Tap a profile photo to see it full size. - Start a rivalry with someone straight from their profile. - Deleting a comp now asks you to type DELETE, so it cannot happen by accident.

DIVISIONS Every sport you tip now has a season-long division: a table of 12, ranked on correct tips. Finish top and you go up. Finish bottom and you go down. Promotion and relegation once a year, so a good season counts for something beyond the comp you are in. NHL Survivor and overall tipping comps are live for the 2026-27 NHL season. Pick one team a week and survive, or tip every game and climb the ladder. A FASTER WAY TO FIND A COMP The Join screen used to show you one comp and hide the rest behind a link. It now leads with a row of featured comps you can swipe through, weighted to the leagues you actually follow and to the comps people are joining this week. DUELS The home tile now tells you whether you still owe your five tips. And a duel aimed at a particular mate waits for them, instead of going to whoever got there first. FOR GAME MASTERS Download a logo pack for your comp straight from setup. FIXES A tip no longer reads "TIP WON" on a game that has not kicked off. The friend picker is readable again instead of see-through. The Back button works in the comp setup wizard.

DAILY GAMES, FREE FOR EVERYONE Three new games you can play whether you are in a comp or not. The Daily Tip is one hard call a day, the same game for everyone. Tip a side before kickoff, one shot, no changes, then see how the crowd split. The Daily Duel puts you head to head with a mate for a week of daily tips, or matches you with a random Puntr. The Daily Five asks five quick questions a day about your league, with the answers and the receipts to prove them. Streaks and a fresh monthly ladder on all three. YOUR PROFILE, AND EVERYONE ELSE'S Every player now has a profile and an @handle. Tap anyone's name anywhere in the app, on a ladder, in the picks grid, in chat, and you land on their profile. There is a Trophy Cabinet to fill as well, and once you and a mate follow each other you can message directly. CHAT THAT KEEPS UP Hold any message to react, reply, edit or copy it. Replies quote the message they are answering, so a comp chat mid-round finally reads properly. DARK MODE App-wide, in Settings. FINDING A GAME The games screen is rebuilt around leagues. Pick a competition, see the comps already running in it, or start your own in a couple of taps. SCORES THAT KNOW YOUR TIPS Live scores now show what you have riding on each game: your tip, whether it is holding, and which of your comps are on it. Tap any game in the ticker to open its match centre. HOW YOU ARE TIPPING A new Stats screen with your record and your recent form, plus your tip rating. The full breakdown is part of Playr+. Plus a long list of fixes and speed-ups, including a crash that could leave a comp stuck on a loading screen.

The biggest update since launch. Everything the site has picked up over the last month is now in the app. YOUR NAME, YOUR PROFILE You have a username now. It is how you show up on ladders, in chat and in every comp you join, and you can change it any time in Settings. Your profile is a proper showcase: your form, your teams and everything you have won. TROPHY CABINET Badges for everything from your first tip to a season survived, with the best ones pinned to your profile so everyone sees them. DIRECT MESSAGES Message another player straight from their profile or the ladder. DARK MODE The whole app, top to bottom. Switch it on in Settings. TIP RATING One number that says how good a tipper you actually are, updated every time your tips are graded, with a page that explains where it came from and what it takes to get ranked. YOUR SEASON, READ BACK TO YOU Stats is now four chapters instead of a table: your form, the teams you lean on, where you win and where you keep getting it wrong. MATCH CENTRE Line-ups, a live timeline and your own pick marked on every game you have a stake in. A COMP THAT LOOKS LIKE YOURS Game masters can put their own image on a comp, set a custom join code, and see exactly what a change will do before they apply it. The join screen now tells you what a comp is before you commit to it. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Tip reminders at the time that suits you, favourite teams in the order you want them, a rebuilt home and comp layout with more room for what you came for, and a long run of fixes to results, scoring and notifications.

1. Trophy Cabinet - a new Awards screen where players collect badges for milestones (rounds survived, comps won, streaks, etc.), with a share-image export. Free members see which badges are locked and what they're for; the full collection is a paid ("Playr+") feature. 2. Friends and a lightweight Stats screen - new social/profile surfaces reachable from the account menu. 3. Login streaks, country flags, and a restructured account menu - cosmetic profile/engagement additions, no new data collection beyond what the account already had. 4. IAP Playr+ (subscription) info page, replacing an older feature-list screen - same purchase flow, better-organized pitch for what the paid tier includes. 5. New competition types: NBL (Australian basketball) and English Premiership Rugby fixture packs, plus an "extend into finals" option when setting up a competition. 6. Assorted bug fixes: a crash on an invalid/expired join-code link, a competition-completion edge case (declaring a winner correctly when the last player is eliminated on the final game), and a scoring bug in points-format competitions.

CHOOSE YOUR GAME Every league and format we run is now in one place, so you can see what's actually on before you commit to anything. Join a comp that's already running, or start your own in a few taps. NEW ARTWORK FOR EVERY GAME Each game has its own badge now. The ball tells you the sport, the colour tells you the league, and the shape tells you whether it's Last Man Standing or Overall. TWO NEW LEAGUES The Championship and La Liga are both loaded and ready for 2026/27. PLANNR Map out your whole season, keep track of which teams you've still got left, and test what happens if a pick goes wrong before it does. FASTER SETUP Starting a comp is down to a single field.
