A big refresh. - Motivation, rebuilt. Name what's in your way, then tap through small and doable tools. - Your own blockers. Add one, pick the tools that help with it, and switch it off when it no longer fits. - Insights, redone. See every door a morning used, over a week, a month, or all time. - A calmer look, a floating nav bar, and a set-up tour on the real screens. - Send feedback by voice. Start wherever you wake up.

More alarms, and a mindful snooze. - You can now set multiple alarms. - No more losing your mornings to “just one more” snooze. With mindful snoozing, you unlock additional snoozes only after you acknowledge each snooze you have already taken. Start wherever you wake up.

• Reset password workflow updated. • Fixed onboarding workflow.

Our biggest update yet. Mornings just got a lot more flexible. - Rebuilt routines. Build your morning from a bigger library, size it to the day, drag to reorder, and set how long each step should take. Your live morning flow walks you through it. - Recovery that respects rest. Nap and sleep-cycle timers, a custom duration, and a sleep-deficit catch-up for rough nights. No guilt. - Blockers, reimagined. "I want to get up" is now a gentle tap-through instead of a wall of text. - Insights. See which tools worked and which mornings went well, over a week, a month, or all time. - A weekly goal that tracks the mornings you showed up for. - Friendlier first run, with quick walkthroughs on the wake screen. - Send feedback in a tap, right from the app. - Plus a calmer launch, a clearer FAQ, and lots of polish. Start wherever you wake up.

Build your morning, your way. - Save more than one routine and switch anytime. Your most recent routine is ready the moment you wake up. - Give any routine step a timer. Timers ring like a real alarm, even on silent, so a five minute stretch stays five minutes. - Settings now lives in the Insights tab. - Small fixes and polish throughout.

Personalize your tools: create your own, or edit and remove the built-in ones, so your lists hold only what helps you get going. Plus fixes and polish throughout.
