Sanomi is an AI health companion for iPhone. It brings your health data, test results, meals, movement, rest and recovery routines and how you feel into one record, then reads them together and tells you what matters next — in plain language, alongside your doctor.
Everything that shapes your health lives in one place: your profile, lab markers, routines, symptoms, mood, meals and the numbers your phone already collects. You don't have to track every detail — even a rough picture is enough for Sanomi to connect the dots into one story and guide you day to day, so every answer and nudge is grounded in the real you.

• Build your picture — tell Sanomi your goals, conditions, markers and routines once. Everything after is worked out for the real you.
• Plan, don't just log — set up your food, supplements, medicines, movement and rest as routines, then adjust as life changes. For everything else, say it, snap it or type it as you go and Sanomi does the rest.
• See where you're heading — clean charts and trends across your markers, nutrition, movement, sleep and habits, read for what they mean for your next move.
• Ask Sanomi anything — answers about your health written from your own record, in plain language.
• In-depth reports — deep dives on your overall health, nourishment, movement, rest and recovery, lab values, a summary to take to your doctor, and what-if scenarios — each one written from your record, yours to keep and to share.

Your health data is never sold and never used for advertising. Insights are written by Claude, the large language model made by Anthropic, without your name, email or account details, and your data is never used to train AI models. Delete your account and all your data at any time.

Sanomi starts with a 14-day free trial — every feature unlocked, on us. Membership is billed monthly through your App Store account after the trial; additional profiles are a separate monthly add-on.
