Shop Day is a fast-paced car-flipping roguelike where every deal is a gamble and every run tells a story. You're running a scrappy auto shop — hit auctions, pick up beaters, wrench on them, and flip them for profit before chaos tears everything apart.
CORE LOOP
Scout cars at the auction block, negotiate prices, prep them in your shop, and list them on the market. Every flip earns rep and cash. Lose it all and the run ends — but you'll come back smarter.
CHAOS EVENTS
Random disasters hit mid-run. Engine fires. Insurance scams. A rival shop undersells you. A customer sues. Chaos events can break your streak or create wild opportunities — if you play them right.
PRESTIGE TIERS
Start as a scrappy flipper and build your empire:
→ Gone Legit: Rep 50 + $25k buy-in. Gold badge. Access to better inventory and passive shop upgrades.
→ Race Team: Rep 150 + $50k. Red badge. Buy and race GT3s, LMP2 prototypes, and spec racers for prize money.
FACTIONS
Align with one of three underground factions — each with exclusive car contacts and perks that change how you play. Switch factions mid-run and face the consequences.
