Here's what we've been working on. We noticed the first hour after importing your contacts is where things get messy: a long list, nothing filled in. So we built Tidy up. It walks you through your people one card at a time. Keep or set aside, then one small question per card: which group, how you know them, how often you'd like to talk, their birthday. Say it or type it. You can come back to it any time from the You tab. We added two lines to every person's story: when you met, and where. Speak fills them in for you, and you can now ask things like "who did I meet in Lisbon" or "who did I first meet this year". We wanted you to see your network as a whole, so there's a new page of numbers: your people, who joined recently, what's coming up, where everyone is, who introduced you to whom, your strongest ties. If you'd like, we'll send you a short brief every Monday morning. Messages to several people used to feel like a broadcast. Now each one carries that person's name, goes out one conversation at a time, and asks right there whether to add it to their timeline. We also let the Web group your people. Choose groups, place or company, and you'll see yourself in the middle with each cluster around you. And a person's card now shows every way you have to reach them: FaceTime, Telegram, Signal, LinkedIn and Instagram, alongside call, email, WhatsApp and Messages. Your own card can start from your Contacts card, you can save a person Orbit created to Contacts in one tap, and we'll tell you when Contacts has newer details. Orbit used to note what it learned about you quietly. Now it asks. When you leave a conversation it shows what it noticed, and you keep or discard each line. You can change them any time in the You tab. We also spent this week on how carefully it listens. Two reminders in one sentence land on the right days with the right people, a name several people share gets a question instead of a guess, and a note that reads like an instruction stays a note. And if you use Orbit on more than one device, your plan now follows your account. Anything Orbit suggests can be opened and changed before you accept it: tap the pencil on a card and its own form appears, already filled in. And we fixed a number of small things along the way. Message templates: the six starters are now yours to edit or delete, and adding your own keeps the rest. Sharing a contact from the Contacts app now offers Orbit. Calendar meetings show up reliably for new members, and all-day events count too. Important dates: keep your own renewals and deadlines — passport, ID, licence, insurance, tax, lease, subscriptions — in the You tab, with alerts ahead of time and a renewal history. Say one to Speak or tell Orbit in chat, and it fills in the rest. On your home and lock screen: the Today widget now marks a reminder done or snoozes it, shows today's meetings and a large view of the week; Quick capture gained a Speak door and your card. Siri answers "Who do I know at…" and Spotlight finds people by company, city or group. One mic everywhere: Speak. Message templates learn last name, full name, company and your own name. Works without a connection: your people, reminders, notes and history are there, anything you add or change syncs when you're back, and the app opens in a moment. Small fixes throughout.

Reminders that repeat: daily, on weekdays, or every few days, weeks or months — for one person, several people, or just you. Say it to Speak or ask Orbit, then edit or delete it from anywhere. Bring an existing book in: import a CSV or .vcf file from the + menu. Last-contacted dates, relationships and notes come along, and you see every column before anything is added. Message templates: write a line once and send it from any card with the name filled in — tap Message, WhatsApp or Email on a card to pick one. Drafts are the message and nothing else, and they learn from what you send and keep. Activities on a card open the same detail as History, with Edit. Every delete asks first. Your card and skipped check-ins now follow your account to every device.

Orbit now speaks your language, even when your phone doesn't. Pick one in You tab, and Orbit listens, answers, and writes your notes and reminders in it. Speaking is calmer and more accurate: pause as long as you like and nothing is lost. History is rebuilt: one entry per thing that happened, filters by person and kind, and every row opens its details. New members can start on the free plan and try Premium whenever they like. Also: share several people as one link, Meal and Video call as log types, and sharper text and steadier notifications throughout.

Share your card as a link that opens straight in Orbit. Add someone by sharing them from Apple Contacts. Speak now sets the relationship and a check-in rhythm ("check in with her every month") and tells it apart from a one-time reminder. Merge any two cards and choose what stays, name included. Company logos show for people added by voice, scan or share. Birthdays remind you on the day, every year, even if Orbit hasn't been opened in a while. Timed reminders ring at their time only; the morning brief keeps to the day's untimed items.
