Version 1.8: accuracy and safety fixes CALCULATIONS • Miles stay miles. Switching a project to a built-in agreement (BECTU, IATSE, MEAA) no longer resets your mileage unit to kilometres while keeping the same rate. • Two Time Deductions that overlap no longer subtract the same minutes twice. • A deduction that starts before your counting window now subtracts the part that falls inside it. • A deduction with its types in the wrong order (Lunch → Crew Call) is ignored instead of quietly removing hours - and the deal editor now tells you. • Custom days paid by the hour use the correct hourly rate on deals that count out-and-home instead of shooting hours. • Weekend turnaround is calculated again when a day in between was switched to a custom day. CUSTOM DAYS • Shooting day numbers no longer skip after you mark a day as a travel or fitting day. • Locations logged automatically on a custom day now appear on that day and count towards its mileage. FEWER ACCIDENTS • Deleting a project asks first, and tells you how many work days and time entries will go. • Deleting a custom entry type warns you when a deal or project still counts from it. REPORTS • The totals block no longer runs off the bottom of a full report page. • The timesheet follows the "Day fees" switch, prints long notes in full, and fits the date without overlapping. ALSO • Fixed the currency symbol in the deal editor showing your device's currency instead of the deal's. • Stability improvements when saving times.

What's New in 1.7 Custom work days Not every day is a shoot day. Mark travel days, fittings, scouts or prep days and pay them your way — a fixed fee, or hours worked at an agreed percentage of your rate. Mileage still counts. Day notes Add a note to any day (for example, why overtime ran) and it appears on your PDF and CSV reports — handy for production. Time deductions Agreed with production that a stretch of time doesn't count? Set it once in your deal (say, breakfast call to crew call) and it's automatically left out of your hours and overtime. One-tap export Generating and sharing a report is now a single tap. Night rate from midnight Your night surcharge can now start at 00:00, alongside the existing evening options. Plus a tidier deal editor and smaller refinements throughout.

Auto-logged locations — the big one for anyone who starts their day at the rental house or the atelier: • Link a geofence to your own entry types, per project: pick an address, choose which type logs on arrival and which on departure — done • Your times are filled in automatically when you get there and when you leave, morning and evening. Drive-bys don't count • Only your active project is monitored, and fences clean themselves up when a project wraps — no battery drain from old jobs Smarter calculations for repeat visits — if your deal runs from rental to rental, the day is now measured from your first arrival to your very last departure, no matter how often you stop by in between. A clearer day view — logged times now always show in chronological order, exactly as your day happened, with a morning rental stop right where it belongs: before crew call. Fixed: currency selection no longer wraps onto two lines.

• Travel hours — for contracts with travel time included: set how many hours are covered, pick your travel windows (to set / back home), and pay the excess at your own percentage. Optionally offset travel against a short day. • Miles support — work in miles instead of kilometers, per deal. Reports, exports and shared pages all follow. • Better PDF reports — premiums and mileage fee now shown as two separate amounts per day, with consistent two-decimal hours everywhere. • Fixed: shared project pages now correctly show overtime, distance and day totals. • Fixed: the time entry card now stays fully visible above the keyboard when typing an address — also on smaller iPhones.

• Fixed time-entry ordering on shoots that run past midnight (a late wrap no longer appears at the top of the day). • Fixed meal penalties on those overnight days, which could be far too high — they're now calculated from the correct call and meal times. • New Project: clearer message and locked fields when you don't have a deal yet.

• Deal amounts (like your day rate) no longer reset to 0 when saving, and you can now use either a comma or a period as the decimal separator. • The number keypad now dismisses when you tap outside a field.
