Dordaneh (دُردانه, "the cherished one") is a small, lovingly made collection of traditional Persian nursery rhymes and lullabies — the ones generations of Iranian children grew up with.
Read each rhyme in beautiful Persian, with a transliteration to help you sound it out and an English translation to share its meaning. Then make it yours: record the rhyme in your own family's voices — a grandparent, a parent, an aunt far away — and play it back to your child anytime.
