Regular rhythm practice asks the brain to predict, pay attention, and move in time — an approach therapists and educators have used for over 30 years. BeatRx brings that simple, focused exercise to iPhone and iPad. WHAT YOU DO • Pick a speed — 60 is a calm place to start — plus a meter and a sound. • Tap the circle on every beat, or switch to Alternate (hands) or Listen mode. • Watch the live readout: a little early, a little late, or right on the beat. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Every session is saved with clear stats: average timing, burst hits, streaks, and accuracy. • Charts show your progress over time, the hours your focus is sharpest, and how tags like Caffeine or Calm line up with your timing. PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE COACHING • Short coaching notes are written right on your device. On supported hardware they use Apple Intelligence; on other devices a built-in summary does the same job. • Nothing about your sessions ever leaves your device.
