**THE MORNING CHECK-IN**
60 seconds before the open. Tap your mood, stress and energy. Log your habits. Sleep is auto-filled from Apple Health if you wear a smartwatch — Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Garmin, anything that syncs to Apple Health. Your readiness score (0–100) is computed from your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and your own rolling baselines.
**DISCIPLINE ENGINE**
Set your rules once — trader type, daily loss limit, max trades, your systems, your instruments. Every trade is checked against those rules the moment you log it. Break a rule and the trade is flagged, the day is marked, and the cost shows up in your analytics.
**TRADES & CALENDAR**
Tap any day to see its trades. Long-press to log straight onto a day. Partial exits and multiple fills supported. The calendar colours every day by P&L and marks deviation days.
**ANALYTICS THAT MATTER**
