Garmin history now comes through. Garmin starts its Historical Data Export permission switched off, which quietly left new connections with nothing from before the day you connected. freddy now names that toggle before it hands you over to Garmin, and if you already connected without it, the app offers you a reconnect card to bring your history across. Fitbit data now reaches freddy on iPhone through Apple Health. Claude Code and Codex sit alongside the other assistants when you connect an AI. When one source goes quiet, the alert now names that source instead of suggesting your whole account stopped syncing.

Upgrading your plan now brings in your full history. If you connected Apple Health on the free plan and upgraded afterwards, the import stopped at the last 7 days and never went back for the rest. It now picks up the remaining history on its own. Records dated far in the future are no longer stored, so your most recent readings stay accurate. Importing a Garmin data export now tells you what actually came through if part of the import is interrupted.

FIXES • Apple Health sleep now keeps syncing. A bug caused sleep to stop updating shortly after connecting, leaving many people frozen at their connect date. New nights now arrive reliably, and missing nights fill back in automatically without a re-import. • Fixed sleep sessions occasionally being recorded twice, or split into two partial nights, when importing long histories. • Fixed a rare crash during background sync. • Fixed a crash when reading certain Apple Health records. • You can now always remove a data source, even if it was stuck mid-sync. • Fixed an incorrect alert when the same account was used on two devices. • Fixed a problem that made normal background sync look like an error. NEW • Optional notification if your data stops syncing, so you find out without checking the app. • Optional diagnostics sharing, so support can look at your sync status when you ask for help. Sync is more reliable and a lot fresher. A metric can no longer get stuck and stop syncing. Sync now saves its progress as it goes, so it always moves forward. Glucose and workouts now arrive in the background within minutes instead of hourly. Faster recovery when a sync does fail, and large uploads no longer time out in the background.
