FightStable is the gym management app built for martial arts coaches and gym owners. Manage your roster, collect membership dues and keep your whole team in the loop, all from your phone.
MEMBER MANAGEMENT
Add members in seconds and keep a complete roster at your fingertips. Store contact details, membership start dates and monthly dues for every athlete. Search and filter your roster to find anyone instantly, and edit or remove members as your gym changes.
DUES AND PAYMENTS
Set monthly dues per member and see at a glance who has paid and who is overdue. Collect card payments securely through Stripe, or record cash payments yourself. Every transaction is logged, so you always have a clear payment history for each member.
Configure your own billing rules: choose billing dates, apply late fees, and enable autopay so recurring dues are collected automatically. Track past dues and outstanding balances without spreadsheets.
GROUP CHAT
Message your whole gym in one place. Create group chats, share photos, documents and audio files, reply to messages, and pin important announcements so nothing gets missed. Members get push notifications, and you stay in control of who is in each group.
AUTOMATED REMINDERS
Stop chasing payments manually. Set up reminders so members are notified before dues are due and when a payment is overdue.

SECURE BY DESIGN
Card payments are processed by Stripe and payouts go straight to your own connected Stripe account. FightStable never stores your card numbers.
SUBSCRIPTION
Team Chat Plan - $34.00 per month, auto-renewing.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
