「住得到」係一款香港樓市模擬遊戲。由 200 萬起手，經歷睇盤、講價、上會、驗樓，一步步體驗置業流程 —— 賺蝕都係假嘅，過程係真嘅。
玩法
- 睇盤揀樓：由劏房、唐樓到豪宅，睇位置、睇呎價、睇升值潛力。
- 講價搶盤：倒數計時，另一組客同你爭。出得太低走寶，出得太高蝕住入場。
- 真公式計數：壓力測試按金管局標準（利率 +2%）計，印花稅按實際稅階計。唔係求其砌個數出嚟嚇你。
- 炒樓沙盒：低買高賣，睇你滾到幾大身家。
- 大耳窿：資金鏈斷咗，仲有一條路。借得起，就要還得起 —— 追數係會上門嘅。
由上車客到地產霸主
身家分六級，由「上車客 」一路升到「香港地產霸主 」，每級有自己嘅稱號同評語。升級一刻可以截圖分享，睇下你班朋友邊個先上到岸。
聲望系統
爆煲唔係終點。累積聲望可以永久解鎖跨局優勢，下一鋪起步高啲。輸得越慘，學得越多。
點解係「模擬」而唔係「亂咁計」
樓價參考香港實際市場區間，按揭壓力測試同印花稅用返政府同金管局嘅公式。呢個唔會令你成為投資專家，但至少你會知道「首期夠唔夠」同「供得起唔供得起」係兩件事。
