Radio reliability improvements. - The channel status now reflects whether the radio is genuinely connected, so it no longer shows Connected when there is nothing behind it. - Transmissions that fail while the app is starting up are now reported instead of failing silently. - Faster and steadier key-up when the app has been in the background for a while. - The microphone now closes if a paired Bluetooth button disconnects mid-transmission. - Pocketing and unpocketing the phone repeatedly no longer drops you off the channel. - Fixed a case where a valid session was treated as expired for a short window each day. - Fixed a rare problem that could cost a device its trusted status.

Attach files from Dropbox, iCloud Drive, Google Drive and OneDrive directly in a chat, alongside photos and videos. Documents you receive now open in the right viewer instead of a blank page. Details can now be marked Ongoing when there is no scheduled end date, so a standing assignment stays open until your team closes it. Checking in now takes a quick photo that posts to your team's channel, so everyone can see who is on post. If your camera is unavailable you can still check in by noting why.

A rebuilt push-to-talk radio. • The radio now connects on a new voice platform. Keying up is faster, and transmissions are far more reliable in the background and on the lock screen. • Every detail gets its own radio channel, named after the detail, instead of everyone sharing one. • Fixed audio cutting out after a transmission, and a false "weak signal" warning that appeared when you were the only person on the channel. • Radio recordings play back at a usable volume. • Reopening a closed detail now restores the team that was on it. • Fixed Face ID asking to unlock after swiping down from the top of the screen.

Team management and reliability. • Program managers can now add agents to the team directly in the app, not just clients. • Fixed phone number entry when adding a person, which could reject correctly typed numbers. • Joining a detail's radio now works immediately after you are assigned to it, instead of failing until the app was reopened.

Radio reliability. • Transmissions now play dependably while the app is backgrounded or the phone is locked, and missed transmissions replay automatically. • The talk button re-enables promptly after a teammate finishes speaking, and no longer sticks after quick re-keying. • A clear vibration and tone alert you if a transmission could not be sent, and its recording is delivered to the team automatically once coverage returns. • Push-to-talk transmissions are recorded accurately in the detail's radio activity log. • Fixed the top spacing of the client portal tabs.
