In Tide Review, you see that anchor first and swipe to grade recall before the definition appears—memory stays linked to what you actually read, not generic flashcard lists. • Dock words from Word Dock: attach a source snippet, book title, tags, and collection in one capture flow. • Organize Harbor Deck collections: search, sort, swipe to review or archive, and browse by fiction, news, or exam themes. • Run Tide Review sessions: spaced repetition queues words by mastery; batch sessions with swipe grading and session summaries. • Browse Anchor Stories: tap highlighted terms in bundled literary excerpts to pre-fill your dock with in-context anchors. • Track Compass Stats: streaks, weekly dock count, review accuracy, and collection breakdown; export your library as JSON. Everything runs local-first on your device. Words, collections, review history, and bundled story excerpts live in on-device JSON—no account required. Dictionary definitions and phonetics fetch from the Free Dictionary API when online and cache on device for later review. Export/import JSON for manual backup. Settings include daily review goals, optional local notifications, theme accent, and in-app feedback. Word Harbor is for readers who collect vocabulary where it matters—in the pages they finish.
