BauTano — Contractor Toolkit
Job Sites, Quotes & Customers
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
You fix, build, and install all day, the paperwork shouldn't eat your evenings. BauTano puts your customers, job sites, quotes, and hours in one app, so you can handle the office work right from the truck.
BUILT FOR THE TRADES
Solo contractors, handymen, and small crews: electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, roofers, tilers, landscapers. If you work on job sites and send quotes, BauTano is for you.
DOCUMENT EVERY JOB SITE

• Notes and tasks per job site, so nothing gets forgotten
• Material and cost lists to track what each job really costs
• Everything sorted by project instead of buried in your camera roll
TRACK YOUR HOURS
• Time tracking per job site, start, stop, and pause the timer with one tap from the dashboard
• Add entries by hand and note what was done, your work log for T&M jobs
• Weekly and total hours per job site at a glance
• Unlimited time tracking, even in the free version
QUOTES IN MINUTES, NOT EVENINGS
• Professional PDF quotes, line by line
• Tax handling included, even the small-business exemption
• Share directly via WhatsApp or email, right from the job site
STAY ON SCHEDULE
• Calendar for appointments, quote deadlines, and due tasks
• Reminders so you show up on time and follow up on open quotes
