No account is required. Day One collects limited identifiers, product interaction, crash diagnostics, and onboarding profile data to improve the app. Your puff log stays on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud.

Day One offers a Quit Commitment Annual tier ($29.99/year) and a Withdrawal tier ($4.99/week; a 3-day trial is shown only when your Apple account is eligible).
