**Your heart rate. And your rhythm. No watch required.**
Cardia turns your iPhone's camera and flash into a pulse sensor. Rest a fingertip over the lens, hold still for about 30 seconds, and get two numbers: heart rate (BPM) and heart rate variability (RMSSD).
**HOW IT WORKS**
Light from the flash passes through your fingertip. Each heartbeat shifts its colour, and the camera reads that rhythm using a technique called photoplethysmography (PPG). Nothing is recorded, and video never leaves your phone.
