Pelra - Pure & Core is a private utility for postpartum pelvic floor training timing and cycle management, designed for skincare ingredient enthusiasts who want structured recovery journaling without social feeds or cloud accounts.

Curate cycle note tags that mirror your barrier-care and gentle-active routines. Everything stays on your iPhone. Pelra does not require registration, does not operate a public content feed, and does not upload your diaries to our servers. Optional Core Coins unlock exports and extra tag capacity through Apple consumable in-app purchases processed by your Apple ID.
Pelra requests camera, microphone, and photo access only when you attach media or save exports. Denied permissions show a brief in-app notice without sending you to Settings.
Welcome Page consent, local storage, and full detail pages for every entry keep your recovery log readable, private, and under your control.
