Pomi's replies are generated by an AI model, and she is labeled an AI companion throughout the app. Pomi is not a real person, not a mental health professional, and not a medical service. She does not offer diagnosis or medical advice, and cannot replace professional care. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24/7 in the US and Canada). Crisis resources are always reachable inside the app too.
YOUR PRIVACY IS THE FOUNDATION
• Conversations are treated as the most sensitive class of data, encrypted in transit and at rest
• We never sell your data, and there are no ads
• You can delete your account in the app at any time, and your data is permanently deleted with it

• A new opening: she speaks first, and offers a few easy ways to start
• Her words now arrive one character at a time, instead of all at once
• Mood check-in, redesigned: pick how you feel, write as much or as little as you want, then keep talking if you'd like
• A tidier Settings, plus Recently Deleted so a check-in you removed by mistake can come back
• Two fixes: check-ins could look saved when the network dropped, and older messages sometimes failed to load
