Every scan, every question and your Cave follow you on every phone. Free, no ads, and we never sell your data. In Cave, add bottles from a scan or a search, or upload a list (spreadsheet, photo or PDF). Each bottle gets its terroir score and drinking window. Open tonight shows what is ready now. Ask the sommelier about the bottles you hold, including what pairs with a dish. If a scan misreads a bottle, Cave marks it and offers Did you mean, so you can pick the right wine.

Type a wine and watch the suggestions arrive, across every region we cover. A pick opens the wine's card. Region and producer pages show what the land is judged on, the best ground, the top wines, and a button that asks the sommelier. Small things that make the app kinder to use. • Creating an account now has a proper date picker instead of typing a date. • When a newer version is on the App Store, a quiet note on the home screen tells you — with an Update button. • Point the camera at a list a couple of times and we'll offer to keep those bottles in a profile, so they follow you across devices. • Optionally, allow location while you scan: it lets us tell you which restaurants and shops carry the wines you point at. Say no and everything works exactly as before.
