KegelWise is a pelvic floor trainer built on three promises: a complete free program (not a trial), billing that goes through Apple only (cancel anytime in Settings), and total privacy (no account, no tracking, nothing leaves your phone).
A few quiet minutes a day. Guided squeeze, hold, and release sessions with haptic and voice cues, so you never have to stare at the screen. Sessions run 2 to 8 minutes and progress through 12 levels as you get stronger.

Ratings & Reviews
Translation fixes. The goal names and descriptions in Personalize My Workout now appear in your language again instead of English, and the prompt that asks how you are enjoying KegelWise is now translated too. The Pro screen is also clearer: every option shows its price up front, all three options are always visible, and the close button closes it right away.
