Add the smokers you cook on, keep each completed cook in context and use relevant history when it earns a place in the next plan. PLAN AROUND THE MEAL • Choose brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, chicken, salmon, sausages, beef roasting joint or a custom cook. • Set weight, smoker temperature and target internal temperature in metric or imperial units. • Add an optional Ready for time and work backwards from a qualified cooking range. • Start with general guidance, then see personal planning ranges when relevant history from similar cooks on the same smoker supports them. • Choose doneness targets for beef roasting joints. • See suggested first-probe timing before you light the smoker. FOLLOW THE COOK • Enter real probe readings manually from your own thermometer and add notes at each check. • See the estimate, chart, progress and next-check timing respond to your saved readings. • Stay oriented with states such as on track, running fast, running slow, stall likely, ready to rest and resting. • Get optional local reminders before planned checks. • Track more than one active cook without losing the main dashboard. KEEP IT VISIBLE • Follow active cooks with small and medium Home Screen widgets. • Use Live Activities and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. • Run supported Apple Shortcuts to check status, log a Celsius probe reading or open a cook. Media stays local. iCloud Protection is not live sync or guaranteed recovery. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No SmokeShow account is required. Cook records are local-first. Anonymous analytics are off by default, and crash-reporting preferences can be changed in Settings & About. One purchase. No subscription. SmokeShow does not connect to Bluetooth thermometers, read sensors or control your smoker. Enter readings manually from a real food thermometer. Cooking estimates, doneness targets, wrap advice and rest guidance are approximate. Always verify safe serving temperatures with a real thermometer and current official food-safety guidance.
