- Fuel costs and MPG tracking added per car - when enabled in settings, you can now track each fuel stop to see your MPG as well as fuel costs over time. The log fuel up button can be removed if you don't want it by unchecking "Fuel & MPG Tracking" in settings - just like Costs.
- Cleaned up vehicle screen
- Fixed notifications bug where if more than 8 schedules are enabled, notifications wouldn't get sent out
