This update makes shared tracking smoother: • A newly joined family member now appears instantly — no need to restart the app. • When a medication is marked as taken, the rest of the family is notified, with a clearer notification sound. • Someone added to the family today starts receiving notifications right away. • A deleted medication now appears in past records marked "MEDICATION DELETED", so history is never lost. • Fixed the medication count shown on the track card. • Reworded the message shown after changing your password and translated the remaining English text in Turkish. • Small interface and alignment fixes.
