1.12 Aug 15
New in 1.11: a smoother live workout, on both wrists and phones.
• Jump anywhere mid-workout: tap the exercise name at the top of your session to open the full exercise list — see what's done, what's next, and jump straight to any lift.
• Watch fixes: long exercise names no longer break the workout screen, and the rest countdown keeps ticking on the always-on display with your wrist down.
• Rest timer, refined: a slimmer countdown while you're typing that no longer covers the exercise header — and tapping +15s or Skip keeps the keyboard open.
• Effort you pick on the watch now appears on your phone during the rest, not after it.
• Easier reading: long routine notes tuck away after two lines, last session's numbers condense to one line (warmup + 3×(295×6)), and rides now show speed instead of pace.
• Importing from Strong or Hevy? Workouts you originally logged in kilograms are now detected and restored to their true kg values.
1.11 Aug 13
New in 1.10: sharper muscle analytics.
• Shoulders in detail: front, side, and rear delts are now tracked separately across your muscle map, volume charts, and weekly review.
• Fairer credit: assisting muscles now earn partial credit instead of a full set, so weekly volume reflects what actually got trained.
• Volume records: grinding out more total work at your working weight now counts as a record — and the stall detector recognizes that kind of progress instead of calling it a plateau.
• Smarter library: over 400 exercises got a muscle-tag review — rear delts on rows and pull-ups, adductors on squats and leg presses, and more.
1.10 Aug 7
New in 1.9: a full breakdown of every workout.
• Session analytics: open any finished workout to see how it flowed — set-by-set rhythm, rest between exercises, and your heart rate across the whole session.
• Volume vs. typical: each exercise shows how today's work stacked up against your usual for that movement.
• Records, called right: mid-workout PR alerts now count the sets you logged earlier in the same session, so the bar to beat is always current.
• Exercise history: tap a recent session to expand its sets in place, or jump straight to that workout.
• Instagram Stories: drag your progress sticker anywhere on the Story before you share.
• Long exercise names now glide across the header instead of cutting off — on iPhone and Apple Watch.
1.9 Aug 6
Live-workout upgrades, straight from your feedback:
• Drop sets: one tap adds a back-off set after your last working set, pre-filled at a lighter load — and the rest timer knows to stay out of the way.
• Update your routine from a finished workout: changed exercises, sets, or reps today? Save what you actually did as the new template.
• Exercise names now stay pinned at the top while their sets scroll — no more losing your place mid-workout.
• Add an exercise directly from the Edit Workout screen.
• Tap the workout title to see session details: start time, elapsed, location, and progress.
• Ended a workout by accident? Open it in History and tap Resume to pick it right back up.
• Finished your week's plan? Your Week in Review now opens on this week automatically.
• Fixed: tapping a weight or reps field could leave it hidden behind the keyboard.
1.8.4 Jul 30
Fixes an Apple Watch display issue where the workout screen could be clipped on some watch sizes. The set-logging and rest screens now fit — and make fuller use of — every Apple Watch, from the 40mm SE to the 49mm Ultra.
1.8.3 Jul 24
Reliability release for Apple Watch and workout wrap-up:
• Apple Watch now reliably picks up a workout started on iPhone — including after long sessions and spotty connections — and shows a clear "Syncing from iPhone…" state while it catches up.
• New re-sync option on both the watch and iPhone recovers a stuck watch connection instantly.
• Fixed a freeze some users could hit right after finishing a workout.
• Faster, smoother History tab on long training histories.
1.8.2 Jul 22
This is a reliability update.
• The rest-timer countdown ring in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen now stays accurate for your whole rest, instead of occasionally snapping back to full.
• Tapping a set's weight or reps now reliably scrolls the field into view above the keyboard.
• Cloud sync is more consistent when you edit the same workout on more than one device.
Thanks for training with MyoAmigo!
1.8.1 Jul 22
Smarter set prescriptions and a stack of fixes from real workouts.
• Plate-aware loading: the plate calculator taps straight into your set, and warm-ups round to plates you can actually load
• Every planned set now starts from an evidence-based weight and rep target
• Skipped your rest by accident? Undo it — on iPhone and Apple Watch
• Logging from the keyboard no longer skips effort tracking
• The watch stops prompting a new workout right after you finish one
• Warm-up sets insert before your working sets, where they belong
• Honest insights: no more "best 1RM" claims off a single session, and hard days get read as hard days
• Large weights no longer clip on the watch or in the Dynamic Island
• New machine exercises: machine lateral raise and machine glute kickback
• Cross-device sync conflict fixes and clearer coaching copy throughout
1.8 Jul 18
Workout sounds. Earn a PR? Hear it. New sound cues mark your sets, rest, and records — a wood-and-iron palette in one key. Only the PR bell is on by default; tune each cue (or mute everything) in Settings > Sounds.
Edit mid-workout. Reorder exercises, adjust sets, and toggle warm-ups without leaving the session.
Learn, when it's useful. Short, practical reads now surface at the right moment — including new healthy-aging guidance for training that lasts.
Reliability. Faster set logging, steadier watch-phone sync, and fixes to rest timing, gym arrival, and Pro unlocks.

• A tidier Me, History, and Plan.

• Stability improvements throughout.

1.6 Jul 5
Private progress photos, rep PRs, a coach that knows when you're rebuilding — and a big Apple Watch upgrade.
Apple Watch
• Tapping your live workout in the watch Smart Stack now opens the watch app, right on your current set — no more "open your iPhone" prompt.
• Start a workout on your iPhone and your watch joins automatically — recording heart rate, counting toward your rings, and keeping the cockpit one wrist-raise away.
• Your live heart rate from the watch now shows on the iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• The workout glance surfaces itself in the Smart Stack during sessions, and a new watch control starts your next session from Control Center or the Action Button.
• Set a personal record and the rest screen celebrates it the moment it lands, with clearer haptics for logging, syncing, and finishing.
• The watch app now requires watchOS 26.
Progress photos
• Take progress photos from the workout finish screen or Body — stored only on your device, never uploaded or synced.
• Share a stamped progress card straight to Instagram Stories when a session earns it.
Personal records
• More reps at the same weight now counts: rep PRs land in your PR feed alongside weight PRs.
• Bodyweight exercises earn rep PRs too.
Smarter coaching
• Working back after time off? Rebuilding lifts are no longer flagged as stalled — you'll see them marked as rebuilding, with stay-the-course advice instead of a deload.
• Stall detection now reads your whole trajectory (weight and reps), not just distance from your all-time best.
• Progress trends show up sooner for newer training histories.
Strength standards
• Standards now follow the body model you choose in Settings → Appearance — and never guess if you haven't set one.
Reliability
• A Done button now sits above the number keyboard everywhere you type weights, reps, and measurements — no more hunting for a way to dismiss it.
• Fixes for passkey sign-in, plus stability improvements throughout.
Thanks for using MyoAmigo!

• Share a routine or today's plan as text from the share sheet.

• The rest bar restores its progress when you reopen mid-rest.
Reliability
