BandCamera は、アガロースゲル電気泳動の画像を撮影・解析するためのアプリです。 ゲルの写真を撮るか、手持ちの画像を読み込むだけで、AI がウェル・マーカーレーン・DNA バンドを自動で検出し、各バンドの塩基長（bp）と DNA 量（ng）を推定します。解析はすべて端末内で行われ、ネットワーク送信やアカウント登録は不要です。 ■ 主な機能 ・iPhone のカメラでゲルを撮影（焦点・露光・ISO のマニュアル調整、複数枚の合成撮影に対応） ・手持ちのゲル画像（PNG / JPEG / TIFF など）の読み込み、左右 90 度回転 ・AI（YOLO/ONNX）によるウェル・マーカーレーン・DNA バンドの自動検出 ・ウェル位置からの傾き補正とレーン推定 ・DNA マーカー（ラダー）の選択、カスタムマーカーの追加 ・マーカー位置の手動補正と再解析 ・各レーン／バンドの塩基長（bp）と DNA 量（ng）の定量 ・解析画像のピンチによる拡大・縮小 ・解析結果の PDF レポート出力 ■ こんな方に ・分子生物学／生化学の研究・教育でゲル電気泳動を行う方 ・PCR 産物や制限酵素処理産物のサイズと量をその場で確認したい方 ・撮影から解析・記録までを 1 台で完結させたい方 ■ プライバシー 撮影・選択した画像は端末内でのみ解析され、外部サーバーへ送信されません。利用者情報の収集も行いません。 ※ 本アプリは研究・教育用途を想定したツールであり、医療診断を目的としたものではありません。
