TalkForMe AAC
Tap to speak · nearby alert
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Talk For Me is a free AAC communication board for people who lost their voice (stroke aphasia, ALS, post-ICU). Tap a large card — the device speaks in their language. No typing, big buttons, emoji cues, one-tap nearby alert.
Patient board languages: Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay. Non-Chinese content is AI-assisted, not clinically certified.
The emergency control only speaks aloud so people nearby can help. It does not dial emergency numbers and is not a medical device.
Phrases stay on your device. Free.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Safer phrase library: automatic backups before switching language, resetting or restoring; a wrong backup file can no longer wipe your phrases
• The emergency screen scrolls, and the Stop button stays pinned at the bottom at the largest text size
• Auto-translate now uses the board language as the source
• More reliable emergency alert
