ARRIVE IN 8 MINUTES Instead of long meditations or empty affirmations, 8 Moments guides you through a short daily flow: a mood check, a few reflection questions, a moment for free writing, a focus anchor. Morning, evening, whatever you need. YOUR PERSONAL PATH During onboarding you choose what's on your mind right now – stress, sleep, self-worth, clarity, a hard phase, or more mindfulness. The app tunes the questions, tone, and default theme accordingly. You can reset your path at any time. YOUR COMPANION Talk to your AI companion like a close friend. They reply gently or directly – exactly how you want – and they know their limits: not a therapy replacement, no empty pathos. On crisis signals, they immediately point to the right helplines. GUIDED PATH PROGRAMS (Plus) Four journeys of 14 to 30 days: 21 days to inner calm, 30 days of self-compassion, 14-day sleep reset, 21 days of clarity. One short impulse, one question, one concrete step per day. CUSTOM AFFIRMATIONS Write your own statements – or let the companion suggest three that fit your current path. They rotate daily on your home screen.
