SpicaGF is a priority-first task planner. Before you decide "what to do," it helps you decide "what matters most."
Built on the paper-planner habit many people have used for years—ranking each day's tasks by ABC (importance) × number (order) and working from the top—rebuilt as a searchable, reliable digital version that never loses your data.

Priority-ranked daily view
Tag each task with ABC (importance) and a number (order) to make the day's order clear. Complete, cancel, or delete with a tap.
One tap to "tomorrow"
Send unfinished tasks to the next day with a single tap. Postpone to any date, and keep recurring chains intact.
Recurring tasks
Set daily, weekly, or monthly rules and recurring tasks appear automatically. Choose "this one only" or "all future ones" when you change them.
Calendar integration
Show your device calendar events on the same screen—create, edit, and set alerts right there. See events and tasks at a glance.
Search and notes
Full-text search across tasks and their attached notes. Markdown notes keep the details right next to each task.
Sync across devices
Sign in and your data syncs automatically. It's stored safely in the cloud.
Monthly goals
Set a goal for the month and link daily tasks to it. See the connection in your task list, and track progress in the monthly view. (Premium)

See a month of tasks at a glance. Tap a date to jump to that day.
Export your data (CSV)
Your data is yours. Export it as CSV.

Premium: monthly goal linking, full postpone to any date, recurring tasks, full CSV export, and ad-free.
Subscriptions are billed to your App Store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

- Deferred and dropped tasks are easy to tell apart in search and Monthly Goals: they now show the same marks and badges as the daily view
- The monthly view scrolls all the way down: months with six weeks or many goals no longer cut off the event list or "See all". Tap the month title to jump back to the top
- Monthly Goals open on the month you are viewing: and returning from Settings or Search keeps the monthly view on the month you were looking at
- Dark mode fix for date and time pickers: when the app is dark and your device is light, pickers now match the app's colors
- Calendars and task priority are now chosen by tapping a row: the picker wheels could stop responding mid-scroll
- Under-the-hood update: improved stability
