• Read real books — 141 built-in public-domain books graded A1–C2 (32 in English), from Aesop and Beatrix Potter up to Conan Doyle, Dickens and Twain. Tap any word while you read to see its translation, hear it, and save it as a card — together with the sentence you found it in.
• Practise conversation — Chat with an AI partner in the language you're learning. It replies at your level and corrects your grammar, and you can answer out loud with Speak mode instead of typing.

Stability release. This update fixes dozens of bugs found in a full code audit:
• Study progress now syncs reliably across your devices — swipes are no longer lost or reverted.
• Words you delete on one device stay deleted everywhere.
• Offline actions fail fast with a clear message instead of hanging.
• Voice practice keeps working after you switch tabs.
• Signing out now asks for confirmation first.
• Swiping a flashcard down no longer skips it ungraded.
• The reader recognises saved words even when the book prints them with a stress mark.
• The leaderboard is protected against cheating.
