Scan lab reports and turn blood markers into clear trends. 100% on-device and private — nothing leaves your phone. Review before saving. No ads, no accounts. Your bloodwork tells a story — Labstrack turns scattered lab reports into clear, beautiful trends you can actually follow. SCAN LAB REPORTS Snap a photo or import a PDF. Labstrack extracts test names, values, dates and reference ranges, then lets you review everything before saving. It supports different lab formats and units, and flags uncertain matches for your review. SEE WHERE EVERY NUMBER CAME FROM Every value Labstrack reads is linked to the exact spot on your report — boxed, right on the page. Tap a result to check it against the original; snap the box to the name, value or range and re-scan just that spot to correct it. Missed something? Draw a box around it yourself. Labstrack can keep a private, on-device copy of each report, so you can verify any value anytime. RESULTS FIND THEIR GRAPH Recognized results are filed automatically, even when labs spell the same test differently (HbA1c, A1C, Hemoglobin A1c — same graph). Units are converted so your history stays on one consistent scale. REFERENCE RANGES THAT FIT Labs publish different reference ranges by age and sex. Add yours — or let Labstrack read them from the report — to help select the relevant printed range. You review it before saving, and each data point keeps the range from its source lab. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything happens on your device — we operate no servers and never receive your data • Reports are read entirely on-device; nothing is ever uploaded • Even unusual or foreign-language layouts are structured on-device — still private, still offline • No ads, no tracking, no accounts, no cloud ALSO IN THE BOX • Health categories: heart, hormones, thyroid, vitamins, blood count, and more • Lab-draw timeline with per-date summaries • Custom markers for any test we don't know yet • Plain-language, non-diagnostic trend summaries Labstrack is for tracking and organization. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis — always consult a healthcare professional.

What's New in This Version 1.1 See exactly where every number came from. • Verify on report — every scanned result is linked to the exact spot on your report it was read from. Tap "Verify on report" to see it boxed, right on the page. • Missing something — just as easy ass seeing the location of the scanned result • Snap to the field — pick Name, Value or Range and the box jumps straight there, then re-scan just that spot to correct it. Missed a value? Draw a box around it yourself. • Your reports, saved — Labstrack can keep a private, on-device copy of each scanned report, so you can check any value against the original anytime (toggle in Settings). • Your units — results show exactly as your lab printed them, and each marker's graph has a unit picker (pg/mL ⇄ ng/dL, mg/dL ⇄ mmol/L…) that converts the chart, ranges and history together. • Reads more reports — multi-date history grids and more lab layouts now import completely, scanning is faster, and a simple progress bar shows how far along it is. • Reliability fixes for large reports. Everything still happens on your device — no accounts, no cloud, nothing collected.
