Reference
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
All 99 Names with meaning, du'a and reflection, in six Arabic calligraphy styles. Verse references checked against the Qur'an. Free, offline, nothing tracked.
99 Names of Allah helps you learn the Most Beautiful Names (Asma ul Husna) and call on Allah by them.
It answers two simple questions:
- What Name should I reflect on today?
- Which Name should I call upon for what I'm feeling right now?
WHAT'S INSIDE
- All 99 Names with Arabic, transliteration, meaning, and a short, detailed explanation.
- A reflection and a suggested du'a for every Name.
- "How are you feeling?" — 13 everyday states (anxious, grateful, in need, seeking forgiveness, and more), each mapped to the Names to turn to.
- A Name of the Day on the Home tab, and a matching Home- and Lock-Screen widget.
- Write your own du'as and private journal reflections for any Name. They stay on your device.
- Memorise the Names with flip-cards, then test yourself with a quiz.
- "The Virtue of the Names" and an honest "Sources & References" page.
MADE TO READ BEAUTIFULLY
- Six Arabic calligraphy styles (Amiri, Scheherazade, Aref Ruqaa, Gulzar, Rakkas, and the system font), with an adjustable Arabic text size.
- Full light and dark mode.
- Islamic geometric design, no figurative imagery.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Everything works offline. There is no account, no ads, and no tracking. Your journal notes and your own du'as never leave your device.
A NOTE ON ACCURACY
The Arabic, transliterations, and short meanings follow the well-established list of the Asma ul Husna. The reflections, du'as, and detailed meanings are written for this app to help you reflect, not as quotations. Qur'an references are shown only where they have been verified. Please confirm any reference with a qualified scholar before relying on it in teaching or da'wah.

Corrected the Arabic text of several verses. Added a browsable list of all 99 Names. Verse text now uses standard Arabic spelling, which is easier to read.
