ACADEMY
More than 90 short lessons with quizzes and flashcards — navigation basics, COLREG rules of the road, GMDSS radio, first aid and survival at sea, firefighting, chart symbols, ropework, and maritime English. Keep a daily streak, earn XP, and learn vocabulary by spaced repetition. The marine dictionary works offline.
CONDITIONS
Wind, gusts, waves, swell, sea temperature and pressure for exactly where you are. A sailing window shows the next 24 hours at a glance, so you can see when it eases. Atmospheric data from Apple Weather; marine data from the Copernicus Marine Service.
THE ATLAS
A map of the coast with the details sailors need: lighthouses with their light characteristics, dive sites, anchorages, marinas, harbours and coves. Tap a pin for phone, VHF channel and website where we have them. Measure a route leg by leg, and log a visit when you are within 200 metres: GPS confirms you were really there, so there are no fake check-ins.
MARLOG — THE ASSISTANT
Ask about conditions, places or nautical terms, by typing or by voice. It replies in your app language and can look up live weather for where you are.

FREE
Every feature is open to everyone without paying. The one allowance is the marlog assistant, because each question is a real API call: 2 questions a week as a guest, 5 with a free account, 30 with the optional Supporter membership that helps keep the rest of it running.
MARLOG SUPPORTER — OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
MARLOG Supporter is an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month, or $39.99 per year. Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

MARLOG is not a navigation system (ECS/ECDIS) and is not a substitute for official nautical charts, weather reports, or safety equipment. Your safety at sea is your responsibility.
