Cards come back when they're due for review, and drill time can count toward your practice goals. TUNINGS • 58 built-in tunings for guitar (drop, open, alternate, 7–9 string, baritone), bass, ukulele, the mandolin family, and banjo, with search. • Create your own tunings string by string and use them in the tuner, on your gear, and in Learn. IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES • "This Week" and your weekly goal now follow the calendar week. • Logging maintenance keeps recurring reminders going, and completing a string-change reminder records the change. • Backups now include custom tunings and flash-card progress, and one unusual value can no longer stop a backup. • Typed prices and measurements are read in full; for example, "1,299.99" is no longer read as 1. • The tuner handles quick string changes and audio device switches better. • Metronome fixes for accents, the one-measure preview, and audio interruptions. • Gear values and currency are consistent across inventory, charts, and price alerts. • Many smaller fixes and accessibility improvements.

Metronome fixes, mostly. - Your tempo and time signature are remembered instead of resetting to 120 BPM in 4/4. - "Play 1 Measure" now previews your actual settings — tempo, meter, subdivisions, swing and accents. - Subdivisions sit under the beat instead of drowning it, and the clicks are cleaner. - Barcode and serial number lookups handle unknown codes properly. - Gear photos stay sharp after rotating, and practice history charts count correctly.

The tuner and metronome got a thorough pass, and number entry in the tension calculator is fixed for regions that use a comma decimal separator. Metronome - No longer stops music playing from other apps when you open the Practice tab. - Keeps working after a phone call or a headphone change — it could previously fall silent while still showing as playing. - Full-quality clicks over Bluetooth, and no more microphone indicator (it never needed the mic). Tuner - Room noise no longer produces phantom note readings. - The first reading after each pluck is accurate. It could previously show about half the real amount off — enough to look in tune when it wasn't. - The in-tune buzz no longer repeats on every re-pluck, or at the edge of the green band. - The Tuner tab now follows your system text size. - Pythagorean and meantone temperaments are now correct in keys other than C. String tension calculator - Gauge, scale length and material density now accept a comma decimal separator. These were previously rejected, and on the Multi-String Analysis and String Set Comparison screens a comma-typed scale length was silently replaced with 25.5" — so tension figures came out far too low. If your region uses a comma, please re-check any calculations saved before this version. Photos and iCloud - Gear photos are optimized before saving: far less iCloud storage, much faster sync between devices. Photos already in your collection are unchanged. - Settings no longer reports "Not signed in" while iCloud sync is actually working.

String Tension calculator improvements • More accurate wound-string tension — readings now line up with manufacturers' published charts. Wound strings previously read a few pounds high. • Bass-aware — comfort ratings and scale length now adapt to bass instruments, so in-spec bass strings are no longer flagged as over-tension. • More reliable Multi-String Analysis — changing a string's note updates its tension correctly, and adding or removing strings is rock-solid. • Millimeters or inches — enter string gauges in either unit, and your preference is remembered. • String Set Comparison now shows the scale length each set was measured at.

Tuner • New: an adjustable gain control for the Spectrum view, so you can match the display to your microphone — right on the spectrum or in Tuner Settings. String Tension Calculator • More accurate tension, especially for wound strings. • Bass string sets now calculate at the correct bass scale length. • Fixed millimeter gauge units, and custom gauges are easier to enter. • Clearer tension color-coding and more sensible defaults.

• Fixed a crash in the Tuner's Spectrum view when turning the microphone on and off. • More accurate pitch detection across different devices and microphones. • Improved audio stability and performance.
