Very disappointing. I’m unable to change tank name or information, I can’t add multiple tanks, and the app frequently crashes. I emailed customer support and never received a response. I paid for a subscription expecting the app to function properly, but so far it has been a complete waste of money.

You're right on every count: the first version wouldn't let you edit a tank's name or details, only handled a single tank, and you hit crashes. The 1.1 update fixes exactly these: full tank editing (name, volume, and type), multiple tanks with instant switching, and crash hardening throughout. I also clearly missed your support email — that's on me. Please reach out again via the support page at brainrash.com/apps/reef-coach and I'll answer personally.
