KOMPAS is for people who find typical personality tests too shallow. It guides you through a seven-phase values calibration that brings your real priorities to the surface. What matters is not what sounds good on paper, but what you refuse to give up.
Inspired by Shalom Schwartz's theory of basic human values and by Jungian archetypes, KOMPAS maps 140 values to 14 archetypes and describes 18 hybrid profiles. It is a tool for reflection, not a psychological test or a diagnosis.
— The Process —
→ Phase 1 — Signal Scan: out of 140 values, mark every one that feels close to you (at least 12).
→ Phase 2 — First Cut: remove only what looks unnecessary at first glance.
→ Phase 3 — Meaning Consolidation: within each group of related values, keep the ones that matter most.
→ Phase 4 — Bottleneck: the app shows three values at a time and you drop the weakest, until 15 remain.
→ Phase 5 — Final Calibration: from those 15, keep exactly 10.
→ Phase 6 — Arena: compare them in pairs, usually about 30 times. Forced choices reveal their true order.
→ Phase 7 — Result: meet your archetype — how you work in your element and under pressure, your growth path and the tensions between your values.
The whole calibration takes 7–12 minutes.
