Rakuga is a sketch app built around one idea: make drawing more casual.
It stays simple enough to draw the instant it opens, yet packs a full set of tools for real artwork. From quick doodles to finished pieces — all in one app.
■ 18 brushes
Ink, pencil, marker, airbrush, brush pen, crayon, chalk, watercolor, oil and more — 18 brushes, each with its own feel. Pressure changes width and density, and stabilization smooths every line. Fine-tune size, opacity, scatter and spacing.
■ Layers, your way
Stack, add, reorder and toggle multiple layers. Includes 17 blend modes, opacity, alpha lock, clipping to the layer below, and non-destructive masks. Try anything, as many times as you like.
■ Exactly the color you want
An HSV color picker and HEX code input land you on the right shade instantly. Beyond the default palette, save recent colors and your own custom palettes.
■ Symmetry, shapes & gradients
Mirror across vertical, horizontal or all four quadrants to build patterns and decoration with ease. Plus line, rectangle and ellipse shape tools, flood fill (with tolerance), gradients, and a two-color gradient brush.
■ Selection, text & filters
Rectangle, lasso and magic-wand selection. Re-editable text (a dozen-plus fonts / two-color gradient). Filters including invert, grayscale, blur, mosaic and brightness.
■ Save, share & time-lapse
Export your finished piece as a PNG and send it anywhere from the share sheet. Your drawing process is recorded automatically and exports as an animated time-lapse GIF.
