Share your morning. Start it without a hitch. Sharing your day after a mission now includes a link to Risen, so a friend can find it in one tap. Closing the App Store purchase sheet without buying no longer shows a “Purchase failed” message. Changing your mind isn’t an error. Fixed a rare crash when opening Risen. If your data takes a moment to load, Risen now waits and tries again instead of closing. Easier to read when you’re half awake. Small labels and mission names stand out more, and Risen now follows your Increase Contrast and Bold Text settings. New day. New start.

Both pages, nothing in the fold. Open iPhone Duo like a book and Today, Journey, the Pro screen and first-time setup now use both pages, one either side of the fold, so no card, line or button lands in it. Closed, the buttons that confirm or close a screen now sit in the side bar with the rest of the controls. New day. New start.

Risen now reads right in every language. We reread every word of the app in all 11 of its languages and fixed anything that read wrong. Instructions that send you to Settings now use the names your iPhone shows, Siri and Shortcuts actions are translated too, and counts read naturally ("1 day" instead of "1 days"). The large widget and the Lock Screen streak widget are now translated instead of always showing English. Korean and Japanese times now show AM/PM first, and Vietnamese text gets a font with every Vietnamese letter. Push-up missions now ask you to turn side-on to the camera, which is how the rep counter sees you. The Pro screen lists exactly what Pro adds, and the free trial now says plainly that the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. New day. New start.

Five new alarm sounds, made for Risen. They're built from Risen's own melody and the golden bell that plays when you complete a mission, so your morning sounds like the app. Risen and First Light are free. Halo, Momentum and Get Up come with Risen Pro. First Light starts barely audible and builds for 15 seconds into the full melody, for mornings when you'd rather not be jolted awake. Get Up does the opposite. Risen is now the default sound for new alarms. Alarms you've already set keep their sound. The app icon also stays crisp in the Tinted and Clear Home Screen styles. New day. New start.

Ready for iPhone Duo. Open it like a book and Risen fills the inner display — the alarm on one page, the mission on the other, so no key or button ever lands in the fold. Stand it up like a laptop for squats, push-ups or a dance, and the camera and your count face you while you move. Closed, everything fits the outer display, Math keypad included, and camera missions stay upright on either screen. On smaller iPhones like iPhone SE, every Math key now stays on screen. New day. New start.

Ready for iOS 27, and Siri finally gets it. Siri now knows your alarms by name. Say "skip tomorrow's alarm" to rest a repeating alarm for one morning — the day counts as neutral, your streak stays whole. In Shortcuts, change, duplicate or delete alarms and pull up your week's record. On iOS 27, Siri also knows which alarm is on your screen. When the alarm rings, the Lock Screen now shows the mission waiting for you — "Solve Math", "Scan QR Code" — as a button you can act on half-awake. Your Sounds: import any audio file from Files and make it your alarm. Risen trims it to 30 seconds and loops it while the alarm rings. Rename them, keep as many as you like. (Protected files, like Apple Music downloads, can't be used.) Nine new long, loud alarms (Pro) join the catalog, and the sound picker now filters by category, so the loud end is one tap away. Thank you for waking up with us. Every morning you beat that alarm, you prove the point. New day. New start.

Dance your way out of bed. New mission: Dance. Prop up your phone, put something on, and move — the timer only counts while you're moving. Stop, and it waits for you. No choreography, no scoring, just thirty seconds you can't sleep through. Thank you for waking up with us. Every morning you beat that alarm, you prove the point. New day. New start.
