An optional companion and milestones celebrate showing up. SUPPORT FOR REAL LIFE Ask for encouragement, help understanding your entries, or a practical step that fits your routine. With your separate permission, your AI coach uses relevant weight, routine and daily-plan context. You can revoke AI-sharing permission in Settings. Choose an encouraging, balanced or direct style. YOUR WEEK, YOUR PACE Choose weight loss, maintenance or steadier habits. Set preferences for your routine and weigh-ins, then review the coming week. Daily guidance offers general habit support, not a diet or exercise prescription. SEE YOUR WEIGHT TREND Record your weight in pounds or kilograms. Review your graph and calendar, see recent insights and add a missed entry. Saved plans remain visible when a connection is unavailable; changes need a connection to save. REMINDERS ON YOUR TIME Choose whether to enable a daily check-in reminder and select its time. Reminders are local notifications and require notification permission. GET STARTED AT YOUR PACE Setup prepares starter guidance and an editable first Coach question. Starter guidance is a local preview, not a live AI reply. No question is sent automatically. DWINDL PRO AI coaching, plan changes, analytics and ongoing weight logging require Dwindl Pro. If you decline the plans, you can try one weight log before subscribing. Pro is available monthly or yearly. The US price is $14.99/month or $49.99/year; prices and currencies vary by region. Eligible Apple IDs can start the yearly plan with a 7-day free trial. The app shows your current App Store price and trial eligibility before purchase. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A trial becomes a paid yearly subscription unless canceled before it ends. Manage or cancel in App Store settings. Restore purchases from the plans screen or Settings. Your data is tied to your device. Reset All Data removes this device's stored app data; it does not cancel an Apple subscription. AI coaching is powered by Google Gemini, which processes your messages and the relevant context you permit us to share.
