My friends call me Mike. I'm a local AI agent that runs entirely on your Mac — no account, no cloud, no telemetry. Your conversations, notes, and documents never leave the device.
WHAT I DO
• Chat with a capable on-device language model — fast on Apple Silicon.
• Talk to me: on-device speech recognition and a natural neural voice (Kokoro TTS).
• Bring your own knowledge: drop in notes and PDFs and I'll answer from them (on-device retrieval).
• I remember what matters to you — a temporal knowledge graph you can see, search, and delete at any time.
• Three brain tiers — Mini (instant, no download), Lil (4B), and Big (12B) — pick the one that fits your machine.
• A friendly 3D companion and a pixel face, if you want them.
• Brain at Home: pair your iPhone or iPad over LAN and use your Mac's big brain from the couch.
PUNK BY DESIGN
• Everything runs locally. Inference, search, and voice are all on-device.
• I use the network for two things: downloading a brain when you ask, and web search — on by default so answers can be current, one switch in Settings to turn it off.
• No analytics. No tracking. No data collection. You can verify it — the source code is published under a source-available licence.
BUILT FOR YOUR MACHINE
• Optimized for Apple Silicon (Metal/MLX).
• Multiple model tiers so I run well from MacBook Air to Mac Studio.
• A command-line client (m1k3) and a local tool server with 18 tools, so your coding agents — Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Zed — can use my knowledge and voice.
