The Dark Corridor- Strategy
AI policy strategy sim
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New deep campaigns for China and the African Continental Compact reshape the global AI transition.
The Dark Corridor is a free turn-based geopolitical strategy game about the transition from AI-driven productivity to civic abundance or social collapse.
Start in 2030 as the United States, European Union, China, or the African Continental Compact. Choose policies while rival powers automate, stabilize, negotiate, and escalate according to their own doctrines. The rest of the world generates pressure through food shocks, migration, debt crises, climate stress, and conflict spillovers.
China is a deep campaign about provincial debt, industrial automation, hukou reform, demographic decline, strategic autonomy, and the legitimacy of the party-state mandate.
The African Continental Compact is not treated as a single country. You coordinate a voluntary compact of sovereign states around power, trade, youth opportunity, infrastructure, minerals, migration, food security, and bargaining power.
Track the dashboard as AI capacity rises and employment comes under pressure. The challenge is not to stop automation forever. It is to preserve human relevance, youth purpose, social cohesion, family formation, food security, legitimacy, and continuity before the system breaks.
Features:
- one year per turn from 2030 to 2065
- four playable geopolitical campaigns
- campaign-specific policies, events, pressures, advisors, and endings
- automated rival powers
- yearly youth events as a leading indicator
- GDP, employment, AI, fertility, cohesion, and collapse-risk charts
- year-end briefings and timeline log
- local saves only
The tone is dark, systems-serious, and slightly satirical. The interface begins as a clean civilization dashboard and becomes more unstable as crisis indicators worsen.
No account is required. The game is free to play.
