Blount Timesheet is the official weekly timesheet app for Blount Shutters Limited engineers and shopfitters. Built for tradespeople in the field, not desk workers — so you can log a full week's worth of jobs, travel, mileage and call-outs in under a minute, even when there's no signal on site.
KEY FEATURES
• 100% Offline-First. Open the app, log your day, save. No internet needed — your data lives safely on your phone. The moment you're back on Wi-Fi or 4G, everything syncs to head office automatically.
• Smart Overtime Maths. The app applies Blount's pay rules for you, every time:
– Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 → Single time
– Mon–Fri 17:00–00:00 → Time \& a half
– Mon–Fri 00:00–08:00 → Double time
– Saturday → Time \& a half (or Double before 08:00)
– Sunday → Double time
– UK Bank Holidays → Double time (auto-detected via gov.uk)
– Travel hours → Single time
– Approved Holidays → Single time only
• One-Tap Submit. When the week's done, review your timesheet, tick off the days, and submit. The office gets a payroll-ready Excel (.xlsx) AND CSV — both attached to the same email — with live formulas so the office can tweak a cell and watch totals auto-recalculate.
• Built-In Team Leaderboard. See how your real clocked hours stack up against the rest of the team this month.
• Photo ID Badge. Capture a profile photo once. Head office can print your company ID card in seconds.
• Job Entry that Just Works. Each day, just punch in: customer, postcode, left home, arrived on site, departed, arrived home, and mileage. The app handles overnight shifts, holiday days, call-outs and standby pay automatically.
• Dark Mode for those early-start van cabs.
• Auto-Reminders. Friday 5PM gentle nudge so you never forget to send in this week's sheet.

Every shutter engineer has worked on a basement install where the signal drops. Blount Timesheet was built for those moments. Single company password gets you in (no individual user accounts to forget), and you can spend the rest of the week working completely offline. We never lose a timesheet.
