Ranch Duty membership subscription is a weekly subscription. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. So this game popped up on Facebook, and I thought… that looks fun so I went to the App Store page for it. Multiple reviews states the game is NOT free to play, but the developer has responded to all stating “the game is free, but you can make in app purchases to progress faster or a subscription”. This is false and false advertising which isn’t just wrong but is also illegal. The catch the developer isn’t telling anyone is that it is free, but only for the first 3 days which is a trial period. After the trial period your card on file for the App Store will be charged 9.99/WEEK. This needs to be stated clearly rather than lying to people, otherwise… you are gonna eventually get sued for false advertisement with all of your review responses as evidence.

Hello, you don't have to pay if you don't want. If you don't choose to get membership, then it's free. If you want to advance faster, you can buy in-app items for that.There is no false advertising, everything is clear and straightforward. There are thousands of players playing for free. If you were honest you would let people play for free with the option of a free trial afterwards. This is deliberately deceptive and I will be reporting it as such to Apple

I see in other reviews you state it is free to play. However, there is no way to exit out of starting the “free trial” that requires a payment commitment. What a bummer!
