• A full UI review, applied on every screen, for clearer and faster navigation. • Your Beginner Path picks up where you left off, and tells you what the next lesson costs before you start it: how many new words, how many minutes. • Reading keeps your place. Answers you give while listening count towards the quiz, a quiz you leave resumes where you stopped, and you can reset one whenever you want a fresh start. • Comprehension questions now follow each chapter paragraph by paragraph, spaced through the text instead of bunched at the end.

• Draw a character the way you actually write it. Handwriting search finally understands real handwriting: start a stroke from the wrong end, run two strokes together, get the order wrong, and it still finds what you meant. No connection needed, ever. • Every chapter now has its own comprehension questions. Wherever you stop, there's something waiting to check you really understood it, with plenty to practise right through to the last chapter. • Let a chapter read itself to you and it can quiz you along the way. It pauses, asks out loud what you just heard, and carries on with the story once you've answered. • Hold any word to start listening from that sentence, so you never have to hunt for the place you left off. • Writing practice works on a plane. Every character now lives inside the app, so tracing never waits for a signal. • Plenty of smaller fixes.

• NEW: Beginner Path — a guided course for absolute beginners. Learn pinyin & tones first, then work through HSK 1–2 lessons that unlock as you go, with built-in spaced review. • Draw to search — sketch any character with your finger and pick it from live suggestions. • A real dictionary — 20,000+ everyday words beyond HSK, with meanings in your language, example sentences and native audio. • Bookmarks — save words into your own sets and practice them in any mode. • One universal audio button — tap to play, drag to slow the voice down, everywhere in the app. • Tone trainer — real syllables spoken by four native voices; pick the tone you hear. • Reading tests can now read the questions aloud — answer by ear (optional download). • Word lookups now explain each character: its meaning part and its sound part.

• A warm new welcome — meet 这个 each time you open the app. • Take the Tour — a quick, interactive walkthrough of every practice mode, with a new Guide hub that keeps a hands-on demo for each mode a tap away. • Set your HSK range with a smooth new drag slider, in every mode. • Fixed: on some iPhones audio was completely silent — word pronunciation and story narration now play for everyone, even with the ringer off.
