Calculate food cost in three simple steps — name your dish, add ingredients, and set a selling price to see cost and profit. You can leave mid-way and finish later from Home. On Dishes, search by name and filter All, On Target, or Over Target. We’ve also clarified cost language (dish cost and dish profit) and made it easier to add new ingredients while calculating.
