Translate photos you already have. Until now, reading text in an image meant pointing the camera at it, or leaving Lingo and using the share sheet. This version adds a photo button to the top bar: tap it, tap any picture in the grid, and Lingo reads the text and lays the translation right over the image — screenshots, saved menus, photos from last week's trip. From there you can copy the text, copy or save the translated image, or tap Photos to pick another. It needs no permission at all. The picker runs outside the app, so Lingo never gains access to your library — only the picture you tap is handed over. And because it doesn't touch the camera, it works even if you've turned camera access off. Also in this release: - A long or dense page now shows real progress while it's being translated, with lines appearing as they're ready instead of everything arriving at once. - Fixed: switching to Live Text while a slow translation was still running left the progress card stuck on screen. - Sharper text recognition on still images, which means fewer wrongly detected source languages.
