CHESS ZOMBIES is real chess with a rotting twist. Play it straight: develop, fork, pin, checkmate. But the moment one of your pieces captures a zombie, it's bitten — and on its next move it TURNS, defecting to the horde to hunt down the rest of your army. Lose your king to a turn and it's over. The only way to win is to checkmate the horde's undead king.
Every trade rots your ranks.
Your lifeline is the deck. Draw cards mid-battle and fight the infection on your terms:
• CURE — burn the infection out of a bitten piece
• VACCINE & IMMUNITY — shield a piece before the bite ever lands
• AMPUTATE — sacrifice a doomed piece so it dies clean and never turns against you
