FitPlan Workout helps you create a personal workout and diet plan based on your profile, fitness goal, body information, and workout preferences.
Set up your profile with details such as gender, main goal, fitness level, age, height, current weight, target weight, motivation, weekly workout schedule, workout location, and name.
The app uses this information to create a workout plan for you.
FitPlan Workout includes workout plans with exercise lists, duration, number of exercises, sets, reps, instructions, benefits, and focus areas. You can start workouts, view exercise details, follow sets, use rest timers, skip rest, and continue your workout session.
The app also includes an exercise library where you can browse workout categories and view exercise guidance.
For diet tracking, FitPlan Workout provides a calorie dashboard with eaten and remaining calories, plus macro tracking for carbs, fat, and protein. You can browse foods by meal type, add foods to breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks, adjust servings, save meals, and view recipe details with nutrition facts, ingredients, and directions.
You can also manage basic settings such as language selection, rate the app, send feedback, view privacy policy, check app version, and log out.
