Key features: 1. Exhibition project files: record event name, booth number, dates, contacts, move-in time, and move-out time. 2. Booth material checklist: manage quantities, status, and notes by category, including brochures, equipment, build items, gifts, badges, and tools. 3. Setup task board: track items such as to buy, to pack, arrived, installed, and issues. 4. Teardown recovery checks: mark recovered, lost, damaged, or needs restocking to reduce omissions after the event. 5. Cost and supplier notes: record material costs, logistics fees, deposits, and supplier contacts. 6. Template reuse and offline export: copy frequently used event templates and export project checklists as PDF files for on-site handoff. No sign-in is required. The app does not connect to servers and does not collect personal data. All booth projects, material lists, photo notes, and exported files remain stored locally on your device, making it suitable for long-term reuse after a one-time purchase.
